Wygodne i czyste pokoje hotelowe. Dobra lokalizacja obiektu. Pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Fatalnie zorganizowane jest przejście z parkingu do pokoi. Trzeba pokonać dwa piętra schodami, a następnie długi korytarz, aby dostać się do windy. Z bagażami jest to mocno kłopotliwe. Trzeba więc rozpakować i zapakować się koło recepcji, a następnie przeprowadzać auto, czy motocykl na drugą stronę obiektu.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i napewno będziemy polecać ten obiekt wszystkim znajomym :)
Pros:

Nowoczesne pokoje, czystość na najwyższym poziomie, wygodne łóżka, przestronne szafy, szafki. W łazience nie mały prysznic , wygodne półeczki na kółkach na swoje kosmetyki. W pokoju do dyspozycji również czajnik , herbata i ekspresik kapsułkowy do kawy. Dużym i miłym zaskoczeniem był spory 55’’ TV (!)

Cons:

Malutkim minusem na moment pobytu było brak lodówki w pokoju ( ale otrzymaliśmy informację , że w przyszłości będą na wyposażeniu ) oraz to, ze winda nie jeździ na poziom -2 gdzie jest dojście do parkingu z tyłu budynku … ale pewnie to również da się poprawić.

Pros:

Pokoje na wysokim poziomie. Czyste ,przytulne. Wyposażenie z dobrych jakościowo produktów, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Śniadania pyszne. Personel bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny.

I přes počáteční komplikace s Check in byl pobyt v hotelu velmi příjemný, hotel bych doporučila.
Pros:

Lokalita i celkový dojem z hotelu byl moc dobrý. Hotel byl čistý a bylo vidět, že je nový/nově rekonstruovaný. Pokoj pěkný, čistý, pohodlný a dobře vybavený - možná by se hodila malá lednička, která na pokoji nyní nebyla a také malý stůl na balkon. Byli tam jen židle. Ale i tak byl celkový dojem z hotelu moc dobrý a rádi bychom se sem vrátili.

Cons:

Velmi nepříjemné bylo, že při příjezdu nikdo nebyl na recepci hotelu - přijeli jsme hned v 15 hodin, kdy začíná check in. Na telefonní číslo uvedené u hotelu se nešlo dovolat a na telefonní čísle uvedeném v rezervaci se semnou odmítli bavit anglicky, jen Německy. Pokud chci komunikovat Anglicky, mám jim napsat e-mail. To jsem udělala, ale nic se nestalo , nedostala jsem žádnou reakci. Čekali jsme asi 20 minut a nic se nedělo. Pak jsme potkali jiného hosta a ten nám na náš dotaz řekl, že check in v tento den probíhá na recepci hotelu St. Lucas. My jsme bohužel tuto informace žádným kanálem nedostali. Musím říct, že to byl velmi nepříjemný začátek a rozčarování. Chápu, že se nejspíš jednalo o nějakou jednorázovou situaci, ale i tak by to šlo zvládnout lépe.
Také bych doporučila lépe vyznačit a doplnit směrování na spodní parkoviště hotelu. V době naší přítomnosti k němu nevedlo žádné značení a dokud jsme nešli kolem něho, vůbec jsme nevěděli, že tam nějaká další parkovací plocha je.

Ładnie urządzone, nowe apartamenty w dobrej lokalizacji względem centrum i wyjść na szlaki. Dobrej jakości kosmetyki i wyposażenie pokoju. Parking tuż pod obiektem.

Cons:

Niezbyt wygodne poduszki. Śniadania serwowane w hotelu obok w dość małej sali, jedzenie nie uzupełniane na bieżąco, tylko jeden kelner, nie ma gdzie usiąść. Brak ekspresu do kawy.
