Fantastic and Friendly
Pros:

Staff friendliness was phenomenal. They were efficient and kind. Breakfast was the best from a hotel I've ever had. Beds were comfortable and bathroom extremely clean.

Poor value.
Pros:

Hotel cleanliness was excellent. It’s about time they took carpet out of hotel rooms. It was a new hotel so nothing is depreciated. Staff was superb! Breakfast was average. Pancake machine was very good. The friendliness and cleanliness were the best things about our stay.

Cons:

Although they boasted large rooms, they absolutely were not. They are the same size as any other average hotel room. Very industrial and dummied down. Iron board and exposed closet etc. soft mattresses and not in a good way. No support. Most importantly, Hilton should be ashamed of themselves for asking $180 per night (before fees and taxes) for a room that doesn’t even have a drawer and has an ironing board hanging from the wall. The concept of a simplified hotel room is fine. After fees and taxes, we paid over $200 a night for this and that’s nuts. Never again. The breakfast meat was disgusting. The eggs had a “mealy” texture. $200!!!????

Exceptional, clean, and professional
Pros:

Lanette gave exceptional customer service throughout my trip and made my family and I feel comfortable. Really enjoyed the morning staff and the custodians. They were helpful, kind and willing to assist with whatever needs I had.

The shower. Clean. Pleasant front desk staff. if you are going to Charlotte Motor Speedway, it is very close.

Cons:

No living area no sofa or chair to sit down beyond a desk chair which my wife used for work , no closet, just hooks. No coffee maker in room.
