Хороший отель, но требуется небольшой ремонт номеров и химчистка ковров
Pros:

Отличное расположение, всё близко: еда, банки, ЦОН, магазины. Приятный персонал, быстрое заселение. Ежедневное очень быстрое обновление полотенец, гигиенических принадлежностей и бутилированной воды. Не очень разнообразный, но вкусный завтрак

Cons:

Ремонт стильный, но уже повидавший гостей, был сломан один из углов кровати, с трудом держались прикроватные полочки, на ковре и тумбочке в коридоре было много пятен. Постельное не меняют, только застилают. На других сервисах отель имеет только 3 звезды, возможно не просто так

Pros:

Friendly reception staff, nice shower and comfy room.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't very good and the room it was served in was too small for the number of guests. Laundry service was quite complicated and took a while, but came back clean in the end.

Cons:

We booked a "Double or Twin room" thinking we'd be able to ask for a double on check in - the staff informed us there are no double rooms, only 2 single beds in this category. The room option should be renamed.

Номер хороший, но чистоту нужно поддерживать ежедневно.
Pros:

Расположение хорошее. Рядом есть ресторанчики, где вкусно можно поесть. Персонал отзывчивый. Просьбы исполнялись быстро.

Cons:

За три дня проживания ни разу не пропылесосили в номере. Полотенце менялось только для ног, остальные полотенца не менялись за три дня ни разу. Тапочки мы уже сами попросили принести, потому что они быстро порвались, Гель для душа, шампуни и пр. пополнялись только на одного человека. А нас было двое, было очень жарко в эти дни и приходилось принимать душ несколько раз в день. Но если попросить, то ребята с ресепшн быстро реагировали на просьбы и приносили нам все необходимое.

Комната маленькая,
Номер усталый.

Cons:

Ковроллин ( ковер) такой грязный что стал как бетон от грязи.
Интернет ужасно медленный. Только после замечания дали пароль от нормального интернета.

Pros:

We stayed for two nights at Airis Residence. Check-in was easy and Reception helped carry our luggage as there is no lift. The hotel is in a good location to main spots in Almaty.

Cons:

The cost of this hotel did not match the value we received. The breakfast was very limited and sparse. The wi-fi was unusable. We think when paying this amount breakfast and WiFi should be at a satisfactory level.

Pros:

The room we had for two nights on the second floor was great and cool. The third night we had to change room to the third floor, which was hot and the air-conditioning was not working.
The breakfast could be much better.
Good parking for the motorcycle just outside the hotel.
Good location and polite staff.

Alles gut. Gerne wieder. All right, Like to go there again.

Die Damen und Herren am Empfang waren sehr, sehr nett. The staff was fantastic.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Aufzug (There is no elevator).
Das Frühstück ist eher spartanisch, aber OK. (Breakfast was spartanic, but OK).
