Персонал отзывчивый.

Cons:

Номер грязный, не убранный с запахом затхлости , бегающими тараканами , летающими насекомыми. Кофе машина не причащалась давно, судя по воде которая выдалась в качестве просто вода.

Cons:

Inexpérience de la réception. Malgré leur bonne volonté ne maîtrise pas l anglais. Nous avons du quitter l hôtel alors que nous avons payé la nuit.

Pros:

Расположение отличное! Девочки на стойке регистрации - ТОП - отзывчивые и внимательные. Любые пожелание и мелкие неурядицы решались быстро. Рядом магазин и несколько кафе/ресторанов. В пешей доступности до Панфиловского парка и улицы Арбат (15-20 минут).
Завтрак разнобразный и вкусный, не хватало только десертов.

Cons:

Иногда вай-фал не ловил. Или может быть проблема в провайдере интернета.
