Отличное расположение отеля , комната была чистой и просторной , были все средства для гигиены, халаты , чайник и чайный набор , вода , завтраки были простые , но все было свежим и вкусным .

Cons:

Работа вайфая просто низкая , а вечером так вообще как будто исчезает сеть , мобильные данные так же плохо ловит в отеле .

Неприятный момент произошёл при выезде: меня спросили, был ли в номере фен. Вопрос прозвучал так, будто подозревают, что гость мог его забрать. Считаю, что наличие предметов в номере должен проверять персонал заранее, а не задавать подобные вопросы гостям при выезде. Надеюсь, отель обратит внимание на этот момент, чтобы гости не чувствовали себя неловко.

Hotel is within walking distance to some attractions e.g. Kok Tobe Gondola station and some nice restaurants and cafes are located nearby.
Quiet room.
Free bottles of water daily.

Cons:

The breakfast room is in the basement and does not look particularly inviting.
The breakfast was rather simple and lacked variety.

Very comfortable stay and good value
Pros:

Clean, breakfast included, fridge in room with some bottled water provided and a filtered water dispenser in the floor corridor, comfortable bed, good bathroom with complimentary toiletries included, breakfast available, complimentary wifi, luggage storage prior to check in, good location close to restaurants, ATMs and supermarket

Cons:

Careful in the corridor on the first floor as there is no railing before the drop into the stairwell. Wifi dropped out quite a bit but did always come back after a minute or so. I didn’t mind since I was on the first floor, but there is no lift so it could be difficult if you have a large or heavy bag (the reception lady asked me to carry my own bag up because it was too large for her)

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. Комплектация номера: чайник, вода, шампунь и мыло.

Cons:

Слышимость в номерах очень высокая, на полотенцах были волосы, туалет был грязный и поломанный.
Качество еды на завтрак - ниже среднего, в итоге я остлась без завтрака. Отель заявлен на сайте как 4 звезды, но на самом деле он может быть оценён максимум на 3.

Cons:

The rooms had poor soundproofing, so I could hear guests upstairs talking and watching TV very loudly until 1 am, as well as the guests in the room next to mine. Also, the fridge was making noise, so if you’re a light sleeper, this might be a problem.

Highly recommended for their staff!
Pros:

I stayed at Airis Residence Hotel for two nights and honestly had a really pleasant experience. The room was cozy, clean, had a nice view, and the location was excellent. Everything I needed was within easy reach, which made exploring Almaty so much more convenient. I felt like I got exactly what I paid for in terms of the accommodation.

What really made this stay memorable, though, was the staff. The receptionist was incredibly helpful with everything I needed—from recommending places to exchange money, finding an eyelash salon, and even pointing me to nearby grocery stores. You could say it's part of her job, but what stood out was that she actually came all the way to my room to help me instead of asking me to come down to the reception.

On my last day, another receptionist went the extra mile by walking me to the back street to make sure I found my taxi without any trouble. It's little acts of kindness like these that make a place feel so welcoming.

Thank you to the wonderful team for your genuine hospitality. If I'm ever back in Almaty, I'd happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Premièrement la chambre sur les photos ne correspondait en rien à celle que nous avons eu.
La salle de bain était minuscule, les toilettes étaient des toilettes pour enfant.
en plus de tout cela, la chambre était sale et dégoûtante. cheveux partout par terre, salle de bain pas propre.
nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais comme par hasard l'hôtel était sois disant complet.
le petit déjeuner est dans une pièce sale et tout a l'air dégoûtant.
mauvais rapport qualité prix, n'y allez pas !!!!!
