Проживание в гостинице оставило только приятные впечатления — всё было чисто, уютно, комфортно, а персонал очень вежливы

Отличная гостиница! Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал, чистые и уютные номера, комфортная атмосфера. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Удобное расположение. Обязательно вернусь снова!

Pros:

Отличный отель, остался очень доволен проживанием. Сервис на уровне — персонал работает чётко, всё организовано грамотно, без лишней суеты. Чистота порадовала: в номере всё аккуратно, свежо, видно, что за порядком следят постоянно.

Комфорт тоже на высоте — спокойно, уютно, есть всё необходимое для нормального отдыха. По цене вообще всё адекватно, полностью оправдывает качество, даже приятно удивило.

Отдельно хочу отметить ресепшиониста в белой футболке — реально толковый парень. Шустрый, быстро ориентируется, подбирает хорошие варианты, всё нормально объясняет, без воды, по делу. Если что-то нужно — сразу помогает, видно, что старается.

В целом всё чётко, без нареканий. Если буду ещё в этом городе — спокойно остановлюсь здесь снова.

This place is a great home away from home. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is perfect. Neighborhood is quiet and a walking distance to great restaurants and convenience stores. I should mention the friendly front desk officers and hotel staff all in all. Very helpful and always with a smile.

Cons:

The dining room for the breakfast needs a bit of improvement. I hope they stop using those little plastic bottles for shampoo and body wash soon. Those things do add up.

Pros:

Уже второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, и с уверенностью могу сказать — с каждым визитом становится только лучше! Атмосфера очень уютная, всё чисто, комфортно и продумано до мелочей. Чувствуется, что здесь действительно заботятся о гостях.

Отдельно хочу отметить персонал — все очень вежливые, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Особенно запомнился сотрудник ресепшена Алихан: всегда на позитиве, отзывчивый и искренне старается решить любой вопрос. Благодаря таким людям хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Обязательно приеду еще раз и с удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель другим!

Pros:

Цена-качество. за такую цену очень хорошо.
Большое преимущество это локация.
Персонал одекватный и решают вопросы быстро)
Отель очень свежий.
Про завтрак скажу так - он есть. (Минимальный ассортимент, но достаточно)

Cons:

Это точно не 4* как заявлено.(3* и то с натяжной)
В номере совсем нет мест хранения (шкафов нет).
Нет мастер-выключателя у кровати. Надо вставать и идти к двери.
Расположение во дворе советских очень ушатанных домов.
С интернетом беда - отваливается постоянно (пришлось для работы шарить свой с тедефона)

Pros:

Very kind and helpful staff

Cons:

The isolation is not good, I could really hear the noise from the couple at night
And also the internet connect for some floor and rooms were just awful
