Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it.

The staff is absolutely outstanding – very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. They handled my request quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated.

A special thank you to the manager, Ari, who did everything possible to make my stay truly comfortable and memorable. His professionalism and attention to guests really make a difference.

The swimming pool is excellent – clean, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing.

What impressed me the most is how seriously they take customer satisfaction. Any small issue was solved fast and in a very professional way.

Very good value for money, especially considering the service and atmosphere.

I would definitely come back!

Stay on the weekdays only!!! Filthy beach-covered in trash!! So crowded with people at 6 am!!
Pros:

Beautiful pool area, hotel staff was accommodating. Amazing & huge balcony. Beds were comfortable. Big rooms-3 beds.

Cons:

If you are coming here on the weekend be prepared for very, very loud guests & praying and singing middle of the night & 4 am. Beach was close but filthy & covered in trash. Sunday morning buffet was cleaned out of food by 8 am & they weren’t restocking most items.These were the rudest Indonesians we have encountered on our 3 weeks of travel. Again… warning to foreigners-DO NOT STAY HERE ON THE WEEKENDSAlso-stay away from PG beer shop next door.. Very bad people running that shop. Super disrespectful to women. Unbelievable actually (Maybe part of the culture here) but since I’m a USA-ladyI need to be treated as such.. Tried to get money from me saying my husband owed when I went there- it was a lie-he did not owe them anything. Just a quick little scam they pulled-STAY AWAY FROM PG BEER SHOP!!!

Pros:

Goedkoop en perfecte ligging hotel

Cons:

We hadden bij 2 kamers een lekkage door het plafond/dak. Er werd niks mee gedaan. Alleen een handdoek meegekregen. Ontbijt werden we weggestuurd omdat het te vol zat met mensen. Eenmaal plek, was er geen eten, hele buffet was leeg en niet bijgevuld. Dit hadden ze beter moeten regelen!
