Would stay here again if I’m visiting Clark
Pros:

Service was excellent! Room was very nice— spacious, very comfortable beds, pillows

Cons:

Warm hallways. Bathroom could be cleaner without the watermarks

Beste en mooiste hotel
Pros:

Het hotel ziet er heel mooi uit. Net een kasteel. Wij hadden een Presidential suite, dit was echt top. Mijn gezin was helemaal verkocht. Alles zat in de kamer. Van woonkamer tot Jacuzzi tot Karaoke tot 2 WC's tot alles, met andere woorden: Perfect! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, alert, professioneel en behulpzaam. Van receptie tot aan de housekeeping tot restaurant. Top hotel!

I love the bedroom..

Cons:

I didn't like the toilet design. We are seniors, the height of the bathtub is near to accident. Wrong moves or steps will make you fall.

The staff were attentive, accommodating and, friendly in nature.
Pros:

Fancy exterior, room spacious.

Cons:

The room is not PWD accessible esp the bathroom. While there were grabs available but, it’s too high to get to the tub. Making it difficult esp for my elderly parents.

value is not justifiable by the service it provides
Pros:

room is big

Cons:

the hotel was not prepared. upon our arrival was the only time they started cleaning the pool.the place is totally hot unless the rooms are booked in, only then they will turn the A/C on.
housekeeping oftentimes leave trash in the room, they don’t handle with care our personal belongings.
Safety Box is not reliable, two times it ran out of battery ending up I cant open and take my important belongings.
Front desk staff females specifically are very rude with their eyes keep on rolling and not knowing what they are doing. always looking and acting confused.

Pros:

Our stay was pretty good. The hotel was great, and the room had plenty of space. The staff was friendly and polite, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is convenient, and walking to SM Mall takes just around 20 minutes. It's a good choice if I come back to Clark.

Clean place could still use some work
Pros:

Very nice furnishing, looked really good. Very clean too.

Cons:

Breakfast options is sparse, the only breakfast drinks available are coffee and water - for a hotel that offers "westernized" cuisine and hotel look, it is surprising that orange juice is not even on the menu lol. Also 60% of the menu wasn't available. We also was supposed to get a different floor but changed it to a different room on the same hour of our check in? Isn't that not ideal, isn't the room supposed to be ready by the time we are checked in?.
