Convenient to the Clark airport

Cons:

Stayed 1 night thankfully. Bed was hard as a rock, left with a very sore back and massive bruise. Went for dinner and 60% of menu wasn't available. Shower was very unsafe. Water was spitting out everywhere creating a river around bathtub that was 600mm high to step out of and I slipped after being super careful too, knowing how high it was. Told reception and all they said was everyone complains about it. Not good enough really! They were also going to charge me for a stain on the bed (looked like maybe a coffee stain) didn't eat or drink anything in the hotel, but they didn't end up charging me for it so that was something.

Not Worth It
Pros:

It looks luxurious but that’s deceiving. We rented the Presidential Suite, their top room, and it looked fancy and it was very large. Included two full baths; one with a jetted tub. It had a living room with leather couches and a karaoke machine in it.

The breakfast was good and had multiple choices.

Staff was friendly and respectful.

Cons:

Comfort was pitiful. The bed was hard as were the couches. Not pleasant to sleep or sit on.

The staff was unfocused on their jobs and the service was poor. Training is required.

At P11,000/night, I expected far more than we received.

Overall, it was a very good stay.

Cons:

The bathroom doors were placed on backwards. The shower would have been better if they were lower from the ceiling so that more of the water would be used during the shower.

Kitsch grandeur, okay for the price
Pros:

Outside of the hotel is beautifull and staff really helpfull. It is promising but upon entering you notice and sort of fake grandeur. It wants to be up there with the posh but doesn”t reach the bar.

The money deposit kills the vibe a bit further. What happens here that this is necessary…?

But, the room is really big and the bed comfy. Maintenance level is up Philippine standard so a bit raw and unfinished. Wifi was not Always strong and the shower had cold water twice (and twice is was hot) Room is clean!

Breakfast was buffet and had some western and eastern quisine. It was okay, nothing was above and beyond.

For the price is was okay. But having such a grand staircase demands that you vacuüm it and clean it. Leaving it dusty like this is a crime against the staircase
