الموقع قريب جدا" من الحرم النبوي الشريف.

Cons:

الموظفون في الاستقبال و المديرة المناوبة غير مؤهلين لإدارة خدنات مرضية بالفندق. تسجيل الدخول كان غير سلس و لم يتم تقديم الخدمة المطلوبة. انقطعت الكهرباء تماماً عن الغرفة منتصف الليل و تم الاتصال بالاستقبال عشرات المرات و لم يرد أحد. تجربة سيئة و بإذن الله لن تتكرر.

فندق مميز ونظيف وراقي جدآ ،خياري الدايم في المدينة وانصح فيه بشدة

نظيف وقريب جدآ لمدخل النساء وكل الخدمات حوله خصوصاً قهوة كيمس المختصة👍🏻

Pros:

Location, food, staff everything was wonderful mashaa Allah. Late checkouts helped a lot since there’s no sleeping at night during Ramadan. We had to extend our stay because of the situation in the Middle East and the manager gave us an amazing rate until we were able to get a flight
