اقامة مميزه سوف اكررها باذن الله

حسن التعامل في الاستقبال وأسلوبهم اللطيف الاكثر من رائع وخصوصا الاستاذه جمانه سمرقندي التي تميزت بالتعامل المميز وبالأسلوب اللبق ومهارة الرد بكل احترافيه .

الإفطار يحتاج الى تنوع اكثر بمايتناسب مع فندق 4 نجوم .

Overall Good but Reception Can be Improved

Cons:

room facility. I was given a room with mobility access while I told them that I want to change it to allow others in need to use it. But they rejected my request and offered that chnage only if I will pay for an upgrade for a suite room.

Good hotel but bad service and staff
Pros:

Location is close to ladies door

Cons:

I’m totally disappointed with how the hotel staff were not professional. I booked half board 6 bedrooms (bf & dinner) and the receptionist took long time for the check in. We had an issue with the number of guests and they charged us for extra without giving me a receipt for that! Also, One room had an issue with the door lock which took couple of hours to fix it.

ارجع اكررها مره ثانيه لو زادو اصناف الفطور

الفندق ممتاز وحلو ونظيف وقريب من الحرم 3 دقايق والموظيفين محترمين كل شي كان حلوو
