Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed.
I especially appreciated their flexibility, as they allowed me to extend my stay for an extra day at a very reasonable price.
The room was comfortable and everything was well organized.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

Dirty, you see mount of thrash when open the window, what is a health hazard, stairs are very stretchy, and there is not railing making it dangerous, and create a hazard, neighborhood doesn’t look too safe to walk outside, bathroom was dirty and stinking, after complaint and argue with the person “in charge” and agree that I get a refund we made another reservation! I contacted booking for my refund at first they agree, but then next day I had an email that denied the cancellation, soon I have a chance I’ll contact my bank to recoup my funds.

La ubicación está cerca de la estación de metro

Era en un 4 piso con unas escaleras supremamente estrechas y empinadas, unas personas alojadas en el segundo piso toda al noche realizaban un ruido increíble y teníamos las habitaciones sucias debajo de todas las camas, en las noche se entraban ratones pequeños
