Cleanliness
1
Majority of reviews praise cleanliness and tidy rooms, but one detailed review reports extremely smelly bathroom and lack of cleaning during extended stay — overall slightly positive but mixed.
Service
1
Host repeatedly described as very friendly, warm and helpful in many reviews; one guest reported poor handling of a late-checkout request and perceived unsupportive attitude.
Location
1
Multiple comments that the home is near the city center and convenient for attractions and late-night food delivery; parking access has a steep slope which can be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as new, comfortable, quiet with good beds and elevators in some units; one guest felt a 4-person room was too small for the price — generally positive but with space/size concerns.
Amenities
1
Good amenities noted: washing machine, elevator, equipped kitchen, strong water pressure; occasional negatives such as unstable hot water and lack of convenient hooks mentioned.
Value for Money
1
Several guests feel the price is high for the room size; one strong negative review calls the room overpriced and criticizes lack of cleaning and replacements during extended stay — overall value perceived as poor.
Food and Beverage
1
Not discussed as a service offering; only mentions that ordering late-night food delivery to the home is convenient. No direct comments on on-site F&B quality.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed overall: many guests report a warm, cozy, clean stay with a very friendly host and convenient location, but one detailed negative stay (smelly bathroom, poor service handling, no cleaning on extra nights) strongly lowers the aggregate experience.

I had a very comfortable stay. I Was able to totally relax.
Pros:

Almira is a lovely place to stay, very clean, close to the shops etc. a very comfortable bed. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would recommend.

Cons:

I loved the property. It is very comfortable. All I would suggest is a broom or dustpan and brush would have been very handy.
