- Thái độ nhân viên: Lúc đầu mới đến ks mình thấy rất vui vì được nhận phòng sớm và chị chủ liên hệ mình nhiệt tình nhưng lúc mình có yêu đầu được ở thêm 2 tiếng và mình có chủ động chax thêm phí thì lấy 50%, mình cũng làm và học QTKS thì thấy cách giải quyết không thoả đáng và rất không hỗ trợ khách hàng mặc dù hôm sau là qua t2 lượng khách ít( Ế)
- Phòng ở 4 người với diện tích này và giá tiền này thì quá nhỏ và đắt, recommend mn ở cái ks đầu đường hơn
- PHÒNG WC CỰC KỲ HÔI, 3n2d ở đây mình không dám đi wc luôn
- Mình ở thêm ngày trả tiền thêm nhưng KHÔNG DỌN PHÒNG, KHÔNG ĐỔ RÁC, KHÔNG THAY GIẤY VỆ SINH, TẤT CẢ ĐỀU Không. Thiết nghi những người thích sạch sẽ không nên ở đâyy.
