Nice comfortable hotel in a goods location affordably priced

It is in an area full of hotels and.restaurants and shops, not very scenic.
This place suited our needs and was very nice itself

Hard boiled eggs for breakfast but no toast
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent but no bread for toast.

Cons:

When checking in the clerk didn’t tell me there was a pool or when open, do tell me breakfast hours, wi-fi. Door had to be pulled shut for lock was not completely aligned in frame. No body wash in shower!

Just what I needed after a long drive
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome. Loved the bathtub. Rooms were lovely.

Worst stay ever
Pros:

Nothing! It was the worst decision to pick this hotel.. first we booked using booking.com a queen room with two queen beds and got a confirmation and paid online before arriving there .. then we were surprised that they gave us a room with one bed and a sofa instead claiming that they have a different reservation number than what we have under the same name and they don’t have any other rooms with two beds to offer ! It was 10:00pm already after 6 hours driving and need some rest .. the front desk asked us to contact booking.com to solve the issue which was not solved from both sides.. ending up taking that room which was literally like sleeping in the street! We could not sleep at all from the cars noises all night because it is just next to the highway , we thought that the window might be open but it was not !

Looks good but is it clean
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The hotel looks very upscale but our room was very tight for 2 queen beds very small. The closest is extra small. The microwave wasn't clean and the towels had hair all in them. The bathroom sink was dirty. I had to clean the whole room over. I always come prepared with cleaning supplies.

It’s a nice facility but we probably won’t stay there again
Pros:

Clean and nice staff

Cons:

We heard road noise all night
Facility had two buses of people staying there and everyone was at breakfast at the same time. It was overcrowded, not enough breakfast food and not enough staff to accommodate that many people at one time.
