It was good for the stay.
Pros:

We booked for pool and breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. Ideal temperature. Ease of TV programs. Ease of wifi. Loved the laundry facilities for baseball garments. Plenty of parking and access to building. Did not access pool, but waffles were a hit. Very close to MSU baseball facilities.11am checkout.

Cons:

Huge spider upon check in, but I dont think thats LaQuintas fault. Just the environment. Closet door and bathroom door stuck/loud and woke up my guests. Could not close curtains enough to block headlights, streetlights and sun. Small for handicap room. Cool refrigerator.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean.
The bathroom was clean and in good condition, stocked, bright and open and the fan worked.

Cons:

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The college age girl manning the front desk when we came in was so obviously put out by having to get off of her chair to check us in I wanted to just leave.
The cleaning crew and the breakfast staff were cheerful and friendly, but the cold greeting the day before really set a sour tone for us.

I will stay at this location every time I'm in Starkville
Pros:

The location is immaculate; they have cookies at the front desk which the kids at this location seemed to enjoy. I also would recommend that they take the coffee maker out of the restroom in the king suites and maybe put it in the closet. I just can't see myself drinking coffee that has been made in the same restroom that I will probably utilize after drinking it. 😁

Cons:

The coffee maker out of the restroom was a big no no in my opinion.
The hotel needs more than one elevator to accommodate families that visit and they could also be a little roomier because you have to cramp up in them.

Best travel experience that we've had in a while.
Pros:

I loved this location, everything was immaculate. The staff was very hospitable and courteous. I also can't say enough that those complimentary cookies at the front desk are the icing on the cake for this location. I think that everyone would also enjoy staying at this location.
