A great experience
Pros:

My sister and I stayed here for a few days because we were in town for my dog who had to stay at the vet hospital. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had to extend our stay a few times, and the room type we had they would be sold out of, but the general manager was able to get us into a different room without an issue. We were thankful for not having to switch hotels, and for the efficiency of the staff in the room switch being so seamless. The breakfast was so good every day, some days being the only meal we ate. We are so thankful for the hospitality we experienced and would recommend this hotel for anyone coming through the area.

Pros:

Handed out waters and cookies, clean rooms, air conditioning worked well, not hot at night.

Cons:

It was higher priced than usual due to a lot of things going on in the college town. Baseball tournament and MSU baseball.

Excellent
Pros:

We absolutely loved this place. The room was spectacular, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was so helpful and friendly!

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was there was no indoor pool and the outdoor pool was closed.

Awesome service at the front desk
Pros:

We got there at like 9am (6 hours before checkin) and they still gave us our room! A+++ service!

Pros:

Great location for MSU events. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door and spoken to every time we left. Like that they employ enthusiastic college students. Ms. Stella in housekeeping was the bomb. Room was clean and AC was great! Highly recommend!

A great find!
Pros:

We came to visit MSU, the location was perfect! The room is great and roomy, the beds are very comfortable (I booked a 2 queen bed room for my daughter and I), the breakfast was enough and the staff very nice! We will definitely consider this hotel next time we are in town! Only issue was the loud bathroom vent. But that was very minor compared to all the pros!
