Comfortable stay with decent breakfast.
Pros:

Nice to have breakfast available at an early time. Room was spacious and comfortable.

There was a funny smell when we first walked into the room. But then our noses did get used to it.

Decent short stay
Pros:

Decent amenities. Large shower, comfortable bed.

Cons:

When booked, was advised pool area was open. When I arrived, it was out of order. That's frustrating. The hotel should NOT charge full price when part of their facility isn't available to guests.

GOOD LOCATION TO STAY WHEN VISITING FOLKS IN SOUTH BUFFALO

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD… GENTLEMEN WORKER WAS VERY PLEASANT.

Cons:

I REALIZE IIT WAS A SNOWY DAY BUT THE FRONT HALL, LOBBY AREA AND HALL TO THE ELEVATOR WAS WET, PUDDLED UP, DIRTY AND NO ONE WAS DOING ANYTHING TO IMPROVE IT ALL NIGHT. IT HAD BEEN MOPPED WHEN WE CAM DOWN AT 7:00 AM. THE TILED AREAS WERE VERY SLIPPERY!

Cons:

They didn't plow the snow out of the parking lot. The snow was there for at least a week. Just a mess. You think for liability reasons they would have done it!
Next time in the area I'll stay at another place.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE

There wasn't a single good thing about my stay except leaving.My room was absolutely filthy,paint coming off the walls,dust was a quarter inch thick,the curtains were torn up,the tv,microwave were 20 years old,mold on.walls in.the bathroom,stains on the floor because it wasn't mopped for weeks and it showed,the sink was clogged,the toilet was clogged and didnt glush,I opened the back,completely covered in mold.They put me in a joined room I definitely didnt ask for,the neighbor was blasting his music with the bass all the way up,took the desk 5 times of asking before that ended.Sheets,pillow cases and towels were all stained,railing at pool was broken,pool was freezing,room smelled like mildew.At midnight,the same neighbor had someone pounding on his door do hard,the entire floor was looking out of there rooms because we thought it was the police and then it happened again at 4am and again.at 7 am.probably had 15 different people show up and leave,it was awsome being next to a drug dealer..was there 3 nights unfortunately and it costed 560.00 for the worst stay ive ever experienced anywhere and I travel for work.ive stayed in over 30 hotels and this place was hands down the worst.THEY SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO STAY OPEN!!! P.S,dont look inside the room heater,completely infested with dirt and mold..

We were in West Seneca to attend my brother's wake and funeral. Our stay at the Radisson was great.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding with a large selection . The parking area was very large.

Cons:

There were 6 small pillows on the king sized bed and they were all flat.. they should consider upgrading to Saybrook pillows for better comfort.
