Verona Palace Hotel Bandung

Just have more facilities such as iron and ironing board. They've only the service. Others ok

This hotel was great as I arrived at 9am and wanted to sleep but most hotels are not 24 check in. It was not far from the airport and the rooms were nice. The buffet was not great but everything else was good.

It's a quiet place that is very comfortable. Near the city and easy to get around anywhere.

My stay was pretty much comfortable. But the aircon is cold though...and i couldn't adjust it any warmer. >.< Queen bed = 2 singles bed put together...so my sleep hasn't been really comfortable with the edge/gap in the middle.

But overall, the staff have been lovely and the hotel is cosy enough. =)

Comfort and clean hotel, however, shower did not properly perform, little water, weak shower, hot-kettle inroom not working .
It should have been better for comfort stay and loyal guest
No upgrade room granted even upon request

Staff are very friendly & helpful.
I like the welcome food & drink.
Awesome & very good food.

I just wish they take care the hotel's maintenance better. For example the shower, the bed, etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon checked in, we were informed that 1 of 2 rooms that we've booked was not yet ready. As solution they upgraded us to Executive Room!what a nice surprise:) the room was spacious and clean.
Minus point was the quality of breakfast, not much variant and not tasty at all and location is somehow difficult to find. You should know Bandung good then you might find it easily.

The hotel in general it's acceptable, but the location it's not good. Around there aren't facilities like restaurants, tea shops etc. And without a car you cannot go anywhere by walk.

I reached there at 10:00 PM with intimation for late check in. There was no booking intimation to the hotel staff till I reached hotel. After showing booking confirmation got room in 15 minutes. I Stayed one night to pick up early morning flight. Hotel is 15 minute away from Airport. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very cooperative. As per the facilities mentioned in Hotel.com, free air port shuttle provided (available on request). Hotel provides services but chargeable. Hotel.com should have system to check authenticity of details provided by the hotel. Customer reviews can be one of the tool for this.

I feel satisfied with this hotel.. everything is good enough.. one thing that I'm not feels good is this hotel have no swimming pool.. so children will get bored when stay in here..

Small but nice for business. Restaurant and other facilities are small but clean room is fully satisfied.

Verona hotel's location is slightly away from the main shopping area. However the hotel manager is very friendly and helpful. The deluxe room is spacious and clean. The design of the toilet and door bell are very unique.

Friendly staff but the breakfast is lacking. Do not top up immediately when the food have finished.

Stuffy lobby with little air-conditioning. Toiletries were not adequate. Had to ask for three days to replenish. Walking distance to BTC mall and Giant Hypermart.

Should be rated as 4 star...:) instead of 3 star.. A good hotel to stay.. Looking forward for our next stay again.

Hotel's facilities were up to standard but what really stood out for us were the wonderful staff of Verona Palace. They were always pleasant and at the ready to meet our every requests, even to the point of gathering the entire crew to aid us on our first night when we needed help with getting SIM cards for our phones. Customer service was on point and our trip was made a whole lot more enjoyable thanks to their never faltering smiles and warm hospitality. Shout out to Teti, Dedi, Ujang and the rest of the crew, whose names we weren't able to catch, for being the very best.

Service is just basic, staff is not service orientated. They will just do the minimal requirements of check-in and out. Breakfast spread is very disappointing. Hardly any waiter seen. Took my own coffee/tea and self re-fill too.

We stay here for 3 days, and we really love it. The bed is really comfy, and the food also nice. At first we found it hard to find the enterence to this hotel because its located in a small street near the main road but it's ok. Overall it's a great hotel, love to stay here, and definitely will come back soon..
