Hotel Surya Palace

Room was filthy and there were ants and roaches all over. Manager said that is normal for a budget hotel. We tried different rooms but they all had the same problem. We had to move out with little help from them except for one staff member. Want refund.

I stayed with my wife for 4 days. The staff is just excellent, helping, pleasing and courteous. The location is good. Easy access to Madgaon market. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner only. When there is no BF, the hotel should provide kettle in every room with the tea bags, sugar and milk satchets. My stay was comfortable and would like to visit again.

good to stay there and comfort . surya hotel staff is okay but serving and cleaniness is poor.

I stayed with family there and found it's very good hotel .close to market and station. Colva beach is also close to it. This hotel has it's own restaurant which provides quality food.

Didn't get to spend much time, but the time we managed to spend there was good. Staff was co-operative and helped us with finding transport and stuff.

It was a nice hotel at a affordable price.

We were not satisfied with the service provided by hotel staff.Like order for food taken and order delivered 15-20 mins late,Room bed sheets not changed before we checked in.

1. They didn't cleaned room single time in 3 nights stay.
2. They didn't provided drinking water,
3. We didn't got bedsheet even after following from start to end.
4. Pillows were very dirty.
5. Helpdesk number was found disconnected after 11 pm everyday.

It's was ok nothing great hotel but hotel.con is always nice like always

Hotel is ok. to accommodate but the facilities are worst. Nothing is provided from the hotel end and costs are high with in the hotel. Room cleanliness is not on daily basis.

My trip was good but cab fare was very expensive for site visit and hotel was good.

It was the room manager who made my stay impossible. First day he caressed my cheek and proposed... I was lucky my friend arrived next day. But soon he left the knoking on
the door started again. I AM 70.

Basically a Budget Hotel.Stay was comfortable, Rooms & Toilets were clean.Bed Linen were fresh, No Bed Bugs.Overall satisfied.

There is no provision for bed cofee. the service is very bad.

Cleanliness is not good. Room service was with delay. Internal fittings such as telephone, switches are not maintained. However, catering was good ann relevent service are good.

The 2nd floor was stinking. Once I complained action was taken.Very expensive for food in hotel. Rest was OK

It was ok. Hotel is old build and looked like it was not cleaned or pest controlled for a year. Staff was greedy.... try and get me a vehicle with their cut. Security was not at par as well. The hotel is only good for the group of bachelors.... who can find thing on their own and looking to use hotel only for sleeping.

My stay in hotel was not up to mark although staff is very co-operative.Being as buget hotel, I am satisfy with their service.

The Hotel is Neat & Clean but Lacks in Power backup, during no power supply by the Municipality. Proper Water supply & Power supply is a must and a backbone of a Hotel, and it lacked in one of those. Lift cabin also stank of some foul smell, and mgmt did not do anything inspite of bieng told. I would rate it as a average indian hotel. w/o any stars.
