Pros:

Harris Hotel at FX Sudirman has been our favorite place to stay every time we visit Jakarta. The view from the Bright Room is extremely gorgeous where we would just leave the curtains open throughout the day. It is located inside the mall so it's super easy to find foods and stuffs. The hotel staffs are wonderful and helpful as well!

Cons:

I hope in the future, the hotel can accept Debit Card to pay for the deposit. I had a little problem when I wanted to check in and all I got was Debit Card. I didn't have enough Rupiahs that time and I had to find an ATM to withdraw some.

Pros:

It’s in the central of jakarta. The size was actually great

Cons:

Although it is quite clean but there were some old things need to repair. Such as wall paint. I stayed H-2 from lebaran and the price was doubled

If you want to be treated like sh*t, this is the place for you
Pros:

Good location, easy to access, the breakfast buffet was average but handy to have.

Cons:

The staff were rude, we had a roof leak at 1am in the morning, they came and turned a vacuum on waking up the whole floor, and then proceeded to tell us to stay in the room. WE had to ask for the room change and even then they were reluctant.
We were asked 3 times about laundry to which we said no, then the final night we said okay and received our bill, which was more expensive than The Ritz Carlton, it was absurd. The staff were disingenuous and it tainted the whole experience.
Also, they only have 2 working elevators with 46 floors, it could take you almost 10 minutes to get an elevator.

Overall, a piss poor experience and if I could give the experience a 0, I would.

The quality is below my expectation
Pros:

Location is great, the staff was friendly

Cons:

The non-smoking room was smelly like someone was smoking in the room before, and the aircon is too cold, the temperature cannot be adjusted, so I had to either on or off it.

Pros:

The location was good, right inside the the mall.
Many shops and restaurants.
Easy to find transport, especially Grab drivers.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Always greeted us with a smile.
