De ligging aan de golf van mexico
Onze kamer had geen buiten verblijf en het voorste raam keek uit op een boom en de andere op de achterkant van het gebouw. de kamer was erg donker. voor de ligging aan de het water hadden wij hier veel meer van verwacht. de andere kamers hadden wel buiten. helaas geen andere kamer meer verkrijgbaar
Really good, clean room. Bed was ridiculously comfortable and got 10 hours uninterrupted sleep!
We got a bit unlucky with the weather (but that’s kinda irrelevant for this review). There was a window in the room that was broken. Aside from that nothing else was wrong.
We stayed at Amoray Dive Resort and really enjoyed the stunning views from the pool and docks. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was practical with a fridge and coffee machine. It’s a nice spot for outdoor activities, with paddle boards and bikes available (though the bike tires weren’t inflated and no pump was provided).
The WiFi was not very reliable. The location requires a car to reach groceries and restaurants. The staff didn’t provide an emergency contact number, so we couldn’t reach anyone when other guests were noisy. Check-in at 4:00 pm felt a bit late.

- Une forte odeur de javel dans la chambre à notre arrivée, qui nous à irriter les poumons et la gorge. Cela nous à forcer à laisser la porte, et fenêtres ouvertes pour faire des courants d'air.
- La proximité de l'autoroute, extrêmement bruyante (bruit en continue toute la nuit durant). On avait l'impression de dormir sur la route!
- Et pour couronner le tout: absence de rideaux occultant à la fenêtre + lumière du couloir allumée toute la nuit durant (voir photos prises la nuit).

Pool war die ganze Nacht beleuchtet, damit war es in unserem Zimmer sehr hell.
It was beautiful, clean and perfectly located. Ricky at the front desk was extremely helpful. We loved our room. It was nicely updated and very clean. Everything felt new. We drank coffee and read in the morning just steps from our room in the beach front Adirondack chairs. We loved our stay here.

Dive and stay was very convenient. January is a great diver, has great trips on local fare and is super sweet. Nick is always ready with a corny joke. Christina, Erica and the whole crew from the office to housekeeping to the captains to the dive guides were all friendly, knowledgeable and happy people. Repeat guest for good reasons. Thank you Amoray team!
