As I reached the hotel the there was no room, although booking.com showed confirmation.

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotels and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The staff, especially the Food and Beverage team supervisor Ms.Aishwarya she was well professional and were courteous and attentive during meal service. The breakfast was fresh and served on time, and the dining area was hygienic and comfortable. Any requests we had were handled promptly and professionally. and taste of the food were satisfying. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service and value for money.

Nothing. Shockingly indifferent managers and badly maintained facilities
Imagine the customer safety and convenience protocol in a hotel where:
1. One out of 2 lifts is under repair for 24 hours (maybe more)
2. The hotel does not bother to put a notice on the lift under repair
3. The emergency alarm by the trapped guests is not heard
4. There is no staff trained for opening the stuck lift
5. There is no trained staff and ladder etc to pull the trapped guests out
6. When demanded to reach the Manager, the guests are informed that the manager will be available next day morning
I AM THANKFUL TO MUMBAI POLICE, especially The officer Mr KISHAN KADAM of Mahakali caves police stn to visit immediately and rescue us.
Even the Police, how ever could not obtain a written apology from this Hotel.

There are no varitese in the breakfast during hole week .place much noise.and AC much noise
