I had a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel during my training in Mumbai.

I would especially like to thank the entire hotel team for their exceptional care and hospitality.

During my stay, I suddenly fell ill and was unable to attend part of my training. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They arranged breakfast and coffee in my room and were always ready to help with a smile.

A special thanks to Anushree and Gudiya at the reception for being so warm, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their kindness made me feel at home.

My heartfelt gratitude to Ratnakar Ji, who personally accompanied me to the doctor and made sure I received proper medical attention. His support and care meant a lot to me.

I would also like to thank the Hotel Manager, whose caring and helpful nature truly reflected the spirit of excellent hospitality.

Thank you all for making my stay safe, comfortable, and memorable. I truly appreciate your kindness and wish the entire team continued success.

We had an amazing group stay in the hotel. For 3 days it was so funtastic . And so friendly staff .Annee, Anushree, Bably, Ritika, Gudiya, Simran

Good experience as room and food is above par.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were consistently friendly courteous and helpful throughout my visit. A special mention goes to Simran, who handled the changes to my booking promptly and efficiently making the process seamless.

There were however few areas that could be improved. The hot water was only lukewarm rather than properly hot and the air conditioner and fan controls were not functioning as expected, which affected the overall comfort of the room. Additionally, although my booking changes were processed quickly the information did not appear to have been communicated to the rest of the reception team and I was asked to reconfirm the changes on a couple of occasions.

Despite these minor issues the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made for an enjoyable experience and I would consider staying here again.
