Good location.
Pros:

The location was the main reason I booked this place. It is right on the water, exactly what I wanted. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room appeared to have been recently renovated and was very spacious, with a balcony.

Cons:

The towels should be replaced urgently as they looked, felt, and smelled old and worn. The shower stall would benefit from a shelf for soap/ body wash.

The indoor pool, the porch looking out at the sea. Rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Overhead and hall noise woke me up very early, about 5 am. No conditioner, no dairy for the coffee, no tea. Incredibly and incomparably spare. Breakfast offerings, apart from real oranges and apples, are all low quality and ultra-processed. Read: covering the bases but barely. We had breakfast out. Indoor Pool was very nice, but towels were awful. Second exit from the pool should not be locked.

Cons:

A localização é péssima não tem nada por perto, café da manhã é mais simples que no bar da esquina. Muito barulho de gente andando no andar de cima pq o piso é de madeira. Para quem é fumante, tem 2m² para vc fumar, nem na beira do mar pode fumar ao ar livre. Nunca mais volto lá.

Ocean front balcony on a budget.
Pros:

We enjoyed an ocean view balcony room. It was very clean. However, 2nd floor rooms are only accessible by steep stairs. The staff was extremely helpful and eager to make our stay comfortable. Most importantly, the room rate was very affordable.

Cons:

The only negative quality was the steep stairs. But staff was eager to help get the luggage to the room.

Lovely day at the beach.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff was friendly and the hot tub was amazing. The rooms are very nice.

Cons:

No bathtub in any room. No elevator so all luggage had to be carried. The beds were hard and uncomfortable but that could be a persona preference.
