Very clean, great staff, updated rooms.
Seafront location with a great view !
Indoor pool was clean and warm. Just the right size for a dip. Outdoor pool big enough to challenge real swimmers. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the beach weather permitting. Loved making my own waffles!! Large newly remodelled bedroom and super refit in the en suite. Really good value overall.
You immediately sorted out my complaints regarding the bathroom door and ancient refrigerator which was replaced with a new one. However the hotel updates and improvements are ongoing so some areas are in need of renovations such as the balcony overlooking the car park. Breakfast choice is limited.

The location is again amazing! Being right on the bay and the views- incredible! The room was very big and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will stay here again when I am back next summer.
Wifi wasn't working when I checked in but they did have it working a couple of hours later. Saturday night there was a singer there so parking was full. I left to go get some dinner and could not park when I got back. I was not happy.

Location near the beach was the only positive about this motel
Curtains that didn't block the view into the room, poor bathroom lighting, unsafe feeling on this property, one chair in the room, unfriendly staff and why did they need to scan my license and treat me like a criminal on check in?
The only thing I enjoyed was the beach being right behind the property and that it was a 5-minute drive to my work location.
The wifi dropped and was lost after the first day, and the service in the area was bad. We couldn't even get the Wi-Fi back for a few days, so we had to leave the property and couldn't enjoy it. The breakfast was very poor, with no options for hot food and not open until 7am (which doesn't work for healthcare workers - our shift begins at 7 am). There was an ice machine but no buckets provided for it even though the machine says to use one. Also, the booking said 2 queen beds, but when we showed up, it clearly was two twin beds, so my wife, child, and I couldn't sleep together. We requested a crib, but there was not one available. The booking says hotel but clearly when we showed up it was a motel (I was uncomfortable with the doors accessed right from outside - not like a hotel where you are inside the building). People were smoking right outside our door because it's right across from the parking lot. I didn't feel comfortable or safe.
Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et on a adoré !! La vue sur la baie de Plymouth est magnifique !! La chambre est spacieuse et propre, un grand parking disponible. Le personnel est très sympathique et une offre de snacks est proposé en fin de journée.
Exceeded all expectations! Best of both worlds with the pool and the ocean!! can’t wait to go back!

Not well maintained. “Non smoking property” signs everywhere but people allowed to smoke all over the property.
Great beachfront location and a very relaxed place to stay. The room was comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing. Just a suggestion for management rather than a complaint: it would be great to have a vending machine available for drinks and snacks.
