I would be back for the location and view only
Pros:

The view is insanely beautiful and right on the beach and the location too next to long beach and downtown and attractions

Cons:

I didn’t like the breakfast was bad no eggs no anything but waffles and coffee and some bakery !it could be better
And pillows were not comfortable
The indoor pool wasnt clean and the hot tub too was dirty
Otherwise everything was food and good for the price

Staff where very friendly and helpful nothing was too much of a problem. view from the property was amazing at the see view accommodation.

Poor facilities. very much self catering, with limited equipment. Which is a shame great wee place

We had a lovely time.
Pros:

What an incredible location - right on the beach! The room was large, clean and comfortable, the breakkfast was good, and the outdoors seating area was lovely! There are two swimming pools - both outdoor and indoor! Helpful and pleasant staff. A ten minute walk gets you a free bus into Plymouth every hour.

Beautiful room with a view!
Pros:

The customer service desk, the bartender at the sandbar, the patio outside, the room and especially the cleanliness!

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like, was the breakfast that was included. There weren't any eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles and/or sausages. When I had booked it, I was hoping for that. All they had was cereal and toast. I don't call that breakfast.

Hidden gem, affordable and right on the water
Pros:

Newly renovated, right on the water. I treated myself to an oceanfront room and was lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Hot tub and pool on the property. Inspiring art and quotes about beach life on the walls throughout the property.

Cons:

The beach in front of the hotel is underwater at high tide, and the walkable connection to Long Beach was blocked by construction so I had to drive down the road to get to the actual beach. Not a big deal though- was compensated by the amazing views from the property, including from the pool deck and the breakfast room.

It certainly met our need for safety & comfort.
Pros:

Location was easy drive to sites.
Breakfast was included

Cons:

Restaurant served only “bar food”
Bar open to public so finding parking was impossible one night.
There are rooms with gorgeous ocean views— hopefully I paid less for my parking lot view.
