One of our favorite places to stay. Clean rooms, an unbeatable view, and 5 minutes from the beautiful Plymouth Center. They also have an indoor and outdoor pool. They include a Continental breakfast with your stay.
Their rooms have been renovated and look really nice.
They need shower shelves to place your toiletries such as soap and shampoo.
Looking out at the water. And liked the pool area
No hangers, no closet. Small room. Dirty windows. No hooks in the bathroom.
Loud broken heater, broken frige.both needed to be replaced. Kept my kids and myself up .
Cold pool. And the men at the front deck used way too much cologne. Made me nauseous.
Also there was construction going on in building, so loud banging, and dusty.I wish we knew!
Disappointing continental breakfast. Also restaurant wad closed too. Will not go back !!
We were going to a concert in Plymouth and this location was perfect. Our room had a view of the beach/sea and a balcony, although too chilly to sit out. The breakfast was basic-tea/coffee, cornflakes, toast, waffles , pastries and fruit, but this was all we needed. There was easy parking and a staff member helped us with our suitcases up the stairs (no lift). The indoor pool was available and we enjoyed a short dip.
There was some refurbishment and painting going on, but we were not disturbed by it. We felt that the place needed a bit more cleaning to make it tip-top- the stairs were in desperate need of a vacuum!
Scammers
The location was beautiful and close to downtown. The room was also very updated which was nice.
I had some creepy interactions with the staff. Trying to get in my room while I was sleeping and not knocking which was scary as someone who was traveling alone.
I loved our stay. It was perfect. The room was very spacious, clean and I loved the fact we had a fridge. The ice machine near reception was great too. Can’t wait to go back in the summer when it’s warmer to sit outside and enjoy the view.
New bathrooms and balcony.
No shelf or place to sit in shower. The plexiglass on our balcony.
The view was beautiful.
We received a phone call from the front desk soon after we arrived stating their surveillance was watching and listening to us. They said they knew how many people were in our room and what we were doing. It was scary and creepy. If we were on vacation instead of visiting a 93 year old relative, we would have left immediately.
Private deck in King Ocean Front room was great. Loved hearing and smelling the Ocean. Clean updated room and bathroom. Helpful and kind Staff.
