Very good hotel with very nice and helpful staff . We had a good time and a good night sleep
Pros:

Staff were nice, helpful and friendly . Not far to shops , transport and restaurants , very good location!

Cons:

Everything was very good but I think the carpet needs updating

Cosy well located boutique hotel with welcoming staff
Pros:

Really well located. It's close to all the cafes and restaurants. We were able to run across the road for our coffee and Marks and Spencers etc. The staff were super nice. The ladies in the restaurant were very welcoming Fenna, Nima and Gina were very attentive and polite. Also want to give a shout out to the concierges, Tina, Kai, Aram and the young lady with glasses and the young man who helped me with my room card when I forgot mine in the hotel room . The manager was also very nice and gave us plates and cutlery. I haven't travelled for a long time so I was a bit nervous and so having kind and welcoming staff made such a big difference.

Cons:

They have a nice restaurant space with huge windows so maybe making it available for coffees and snacks could be a possiblity. Just a thought

Never disappoints.
Pros:

We always stay here when in London. It is so central in Ealing and on the Elizabeth line. Staff are wonderful and helpful.

Great modern hotel with spacious rooms
Pros:

The hotel was modern and immaculately clean in all areas. The bedrooms were more spacious than usual for a London hotel, which was a pleasant suprise. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice getting a freshly, cooked breakfast (rather than a buffet).
All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Cons:

It's a tiny detail, but there weren't any plugs next to the beds to allow us to charge phones.

El hotel está muy bien ubiado en Ealing Broadway, el personal es súper amable y las habitaciones son, algo pequeñas, pero limpieas y confortables. La limpieza diaria muy buena.

Cons:

La única pega es que nuestra habitación estaba en la planta primera y se escucha el ruido de la calle. Pero por lo demás todo genial
