Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Red Bluff-South Redding by IHG

The hotel, the room were very clean; the front desk staff were very nice and friendly, breakfast was average, please add waffle maker. The pancake maker didn’t produce a nice looking pancake.

Breakfast was really good, room was clean, the pool area was dirty, the timer on the hot tub didnt work, and at night if you’re not in the pool the motion sensor lights will shut off like some sort of
1990’s horror movie. 5 star place to stay if you dont want to swim or soak. The hotel is right next to the train so you will hear the train horn

Our room was spacious and up to date. All the amenities we needed. Very reasonable price and friendly staff. We will definitely be back when passing that way again.

We stay here every time we come to Red Bluff. Extremely clean, excellent customer service, full high quality breakfast, and great price!

Renovated well and clean

The room was clean and cool temperature wise. The wall paper was falling off a corner but, that's fine. The bathroom was roomie but it was oddly warm. We ended up leaving the bathroom door open with the AC on so it was more comfortable. And breakfast was good and changed each day.

El hotel está bastante bueno en cuanto a la comodidad , la limpieza está bastante buena a excepción de una calceta encontrada en la habitación de un huésped anterior junto al piso del sofá . Me parece que no tuvieron ese cuidado de limpiar bien . La puerta del baño se enllava por fuera y es un poco incómodo cada ve que se usa . La llave de la habitación no funcionaba por suerte pedí 2 llaves así que solo pude usar 1 . Y lo que aún no entiendo es porque me compraron $14 extra cuando salí del hotel si no tuve ningun pedido extra en el hotel . Tampoco obtuve información o recibo sobre este cargo al momento de hacer mi check out .

clean room, pet friendly, and welcoming staff

The property is going under renovation and the rooms are fully renovated, the staff is very welcoming and assisting during the stay

Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed. Had an issue during check in, but was resolved in the morning

Loud air conditioner & highway noise kept me up all night. Sticky surfaces, dirty coffee maker & food was left in the mini fridge from previous renter.

I arrived at 2:45 and was sent away because the clerk said my reserved room was not ready. So I had to kill about an hour in a town I did not know just to get a reserved room with ants and a discarded fake eyelash on the radio. Otherwise, the Hotel met what I expect from the Holiday Inn Express brand. And I still had my check-in delayed so the clerk could attend to her minor child who appeared to be helping the cleaning staff.

Great option instead of going into Redding which was a bit sketchy with homeless and druggys in neighborhoods

After a long 8-hour drive, we were thrilled to find the hotel easily right off the I5! There's a gas station right next door, which made fueling up super convenient. The staff at check-in were so welcoming and helpful, which really set a positive tone for our stay. Our room was clean, the air conditioner worked like a champ, and while the bed was just okay, the bathroom was fresh and tidy. My son absolutely loved the indoor pool and spa—such a great way to unwind after that long drive! They do offer breakfast in the morning, but we decided to hit the road early instead. Overall, it was a fantastic stop that I’d recommend for any road trip or visit!
