Pros:

Surclassement offert, verre de bon Prosecco offert, accès piscine intérieur chauffée et Sauna offert, lit confortable, chambre isolé du bruit, bon restaurant et petit-déjeuner buffet de qualité et varié.
Personnel très aimable et efficace.
Décoration soignée.

A well deserved 4 star hotel
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect: very nice staff at the reception, we were upgraded to more spacious rooms and given vouchers for a free drink at the bar. The underground parking was very handy. The rooms were huge, modern and immaculately clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The beds were really comfortable. We would have stayed for longer if we could. Thank you!

Séjour à Milan pour un salon
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel . Se détendre dans la piscine après une journée de salon. Le petit déjeuner avec un très grand choix . Le confort de la chambre.

Cons:

Les plats servis au restaurant ne sont pas au niveau de l’hôtel

Amazing, staff were 10/10, service was great and a very luxurious stay
Pros:

Everything - the amenities, the complimentary fridge being stocked up, the helpful and very friendly staff, the little things that were thought through, the beds were so comfortable, very clean and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

The location, if you want to explore Milan and use public transport, sadly this is not the location. We had to use Uber to get to stations which was expensive for each short trip, the only downfall to this hotel.
