Grande déception
Pros:

Pas grand chose....

Cons:

Le canapé lit très inconfortable, les équipements vraiment vieillissants, une lunette de WC incrustée de grasse, un robinet avec un goutte à goutte qui nous a empêché de dormir, pas assez de transat à la piscine. L'extérieur est joli, ça s'arrête là. Le resto de l'hôtel est très moyen. Seul le personnel est agréable. Le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais.

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Good restaurant. Nice daybed within our room space.

Cons:

No bedside tables or luggage stands in our room. We had to lift our suitcases off the floor to the bed every time to access them.

Pros:

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was great and loved the courtyard. Great location and great value for money.

Cons:

The food was average and the restaurant staff not as helpful and warm as the hotel staff. Recommend this place to stay but would eat out.

Love it & will definitely book again!
Pros:

Location was excellent. Eateries & bars are just waking distance just outside the villa. Reception staffs were very friendly They greeted you the moment u leave the place & when u come back.
Customer service was top notch even before I stayed there. I needed them to decorate my room for my daughter's birthday before I reach & comminication was met above my expectations:) they followed up very well to make sure everything was smooth going even before my stay. Appreciate so much!

Cons:

Toilet was a little bit dirty as there were many dead ants. Basin & toilet drainage system was quite bad as the water didn't manage to flow down smoothly, but they manage to fix the problem. Balcony pillows were also dusty & has some musty smell. They should vacuum & dust it before new customers came over.

Мы второй год подряд в этом отеле, и кажется, поедем и в третий раз опять туда. Очень нравится. При бронировании попросили виллу, которая была в первый раз. К сожалению, она оказалась занята, но нам бесплатно проапгрейдили номер и дали вариант гораздо лучше, чем мы бронировали. Персонал все так же прекрасен, дружелюбные, гостеприимные. В номере все есть, особенно удобна кухня, большой холодильник, стиралка. Ежедневно убираются, все чисто. Полотенец куча и в ванной, и у бассейна. В Раме царит своя особенная атмосфера, ради которой мы и приезжаем из года в год: очень зелено, тихо, уютно. Ощущение, будто мы там одни отдыхаем. Например, а бассейне ни разу за неделю ни с кем не пересеклись во время купания. А сразу при выходе попадаешь на шумную улицу Семиньяка, где есть и кафе, и супермаркеты, и массажные салоны. Единственный минус - без байка будет неудобно добираться до пляжей, особенно хороших. Мы берем байк и с ним вообще шикарно! Я считаю, что на Бали вообще байк - это ноги. А после активного дня и разъездов в Раму очень приятно возвращаться. Завтраки в отеле не брали, потому что любим завтракать в разных кафешках. Особенно любим кафе Livingstone неподалеку. Очень надеюсь, что сможем на будущее лето опять приехать, и планируем также семью наших друзей привезти туда!
