Had a lovely stay - great rooms and staff.
Pros:

Lovely boutique style hotel with quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Staff were so friendly and accomodating - providing breakfast provisions the night before when I had early tours booked. (A lovely breakfast is included in tariff). Location is central and bus stops close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay here. Highly reccomend! Can’t get better value for money, truly! 10/10!

Great location with easy 5min walk to the lakeside, friendly staff, comfortable beds, really large bath to relax in, complimentary happy hour every day with wine/beer and snacks, breakfast provided in the common area, easy check out and option to pay and park on premises.

Cons:

Could be better lighting/option to dim or brighten lights in rooms. While I love ambient lighting, the option to increase the brightness would be helpful. But that’s being picky! Loved our stay here and would recommend to everyone.

Pros:

Lovely staff, wee extras like happy hour, snacks in room and breakfast were a bonus. Comfy bed, liked the interior but would have liked brighter lights in the room for reading

Cons:

Lighting, and shower nossel terrible, huge shower and a trickle of water. Easy to fix

Pros:

We had a great stay here! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The gardens are just down the street. Wish we had stayed longer!

Pros:

Great location and very easy to walk into town, fabulous staff who were so helpful and friendly. Interesting interior design, good sized room. Happy hour drinks and snacks!
