Unique extremely comfortable room in a great location.
Pros:

Snacks and beverages provided in room made my stay. The room was extremely comfortable. Loved the bath. The decor was unique and loved all the art.

Cons:

House keeping was very chaotic- shower gels and teas/coffees weren’t replaced when empty
Breakfast could be 30mins earlier as it doesn’t really work when the activities all start early 8am is later than all other hotels
Shower pressure and water temperature was terrible

Convenient and comfortable in the heart of Queenstown.
Pros:

Location was perfect for exploring Queenstown on foot.

Street parking is limited so it pays to pay the $25 p/day for on premises parking to avoid the hassle of trying to find a free space.

Cons:

The bathroom does require some work to make it an inviting area of the room. Pressure is low and fit-out looking a little tired.

Limited seating for breakfast and Happy Hour when the weather isn’t the best.

Was pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The staff were very inviting and had a great attitude. We also appreciated the breakfast, happy hour and snacks that the hotel put on each day. A small gesture that goes a long way. Thanks for having us!

Central, boutique and well designed.
Pros:

This is a great, quiet hotel in the best location. Super walkable to anything within the Queenstown city area, which made it really convenient. The hotel rooms are very well designed, the colours, artwork and overall decor. Friendly service, great breakfast and just fantastic all-round.

Simply the Best
Pros:

I loved every single thing about my stay at the Central Hotel in Queenstown! I loved the room. I loved having a Nespresso machine in my room and the most beautiful coffee/tea cups.

I arrived just after happy hour ended. And what do you know?? Doug had a bottle of wine in my room and greeted me, carried my bags to my room. And this type of service was consistent throughout my stay. The staff was so attentive and accommodating.

One day a staff person noticed me eating lunch outside without a drink and offered to bring me a drink. What?! yes, please!

The size of the hotel was perfect. The location perfect to the lake and city center and Queenstown gardens, a short 5 minute walk.
