Pros:

Great location and very easy to walk into town, fabulous staff who were so helpful and friendly. Interesting interior design, good sized room. Happy hour drinks and snacks!

L'accueil, la disponibilité, le sourire, la gentillesse de tout le personnel, à tout moment de la journée.
L'emplacement : à 2 minutes à pied des jardins, 5 minutes à pied du centre ville.
La décoration, le confort et le calme de la chambre.
L'idée du happy hour est excellente : on rencontre les autres voyageurs, on échange nos bons plans, et le lendemain, au petit déjeuner, on continue de papoter : cela créé une ambiance familiale très agréable.
La mise à disposition de la laverie quand on voyage depuis plusieurs semaines est également très appréciable.

La vista desde la habitacion.

Cons:

El baño, la bañera muy alta y sin barreras para gente mayor, la calefaccion no era optima, el hotel no estaba en la zona del centro, si no tenias coche, tenias que tomar uber o taxi cada vez que te mobilizabas al centro.
El desayuno recien empezaba a las 8 am, y no era muy variado.

Great location close to Queenstown central cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and accommodating and kept our 2 of our bags safe for 4 days before check in. Happy hour was great providing a nice space to chill out and relax.

Cons:

Two king singles joined together, with one base breaking did not provide the most optimal sleeping experience.

Great place to stay with nice breakfast and happy hour!
Pros:

We had a nice room with lots of window that was very comfortable. We loved the breakfast and free happy hour wine and snacks. Everyone there was very nice.
We found a path thru the trees to the waterfront that was very cool and a similar short path to downtown.

酒店给人一种非常温馨的感觉，前台服务相当好，注意事项如前台服务时间，如何自助办理，门禁使用等，不仅事先发了message，当场还给了note。我说第二天要一早出发不能赶上吃早饭的时间，立刻帮我准备了一份早餐可以打包带走，还帮忙帮我把行李提到二楼。
房间宽敞、舒服、干净，喜欢这种用心布置的风格。送了好多免费饮料和snack。此外，lounge room 24小时都提供免费的饮料和巧克力、糖果等。

Cons:

门锁还是机械钥匙太落后了，容易忘记锁门。洗脸盆实在太小水都要溅到外面。

Location perfect, uniquely designer rooms. The little extras, complementary snacks and drinks in the room. Happy hour with drinks and snacks included, all included a lovely way to meet other guests. Staff were wonderful too.
