We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Great location. The happy hour with wine and cheese each evening was lovely. Nice European continental breakfast.

Very cool decor, the reception staff were super friendly, the snacks and drinks in our room and the lolly jars in the lounge were great for movie watching! Happy hour drinks and snacks an added bonus. The location was great too, just a short stroll down the gardens path to town. And contacting us to let us know we left a jersey in the room and then couriering it back to our home address was top notch customer service.
The service was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, really good location, clean and spacious room, definitely warm enough, loved the happy hour setup, lots of complimentary extras made it feel special. Good value. Absolutely would recommend.
I found the pillows a bit high but that’s just personal preference.

ハッピーアワーのフリードリンクやスナック、無料のランドリーがとてもよかった。朝食の時間には既に出発しなければならない旨伝えたところ、夜のうちに翌日の朝食を部屋まで届けてくれた。バスタブがあるのも日本人にとってはうれしいポイント、アメニティの質も良かった。部屋にもフリードリンク、スナックが置いてあった。市内中心部までは若干歩くが大変満足だった。
受付時間外にチェックアウトする方法がわからなかった。
Lovely boutique style hotel with quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Staff were so friendly and accomodating - providing breakfast provisions the night before when I had early tours booked. (A lovely breakfast is included in tariff). Location is central and bus stops close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful
Great location with easy 5min walk to the lakeside, friendly staff, comfortable beds, really large bath to relax in, complimentary happy hour every day with wine/beer and snacks, breakfast provided in the common area, easy check out and option to pay and park on premises.
Could be better lighting/option to dim or brighten lights in rooms. While I love ambient lighting, the option to increase the brightness would be helpful. But that’s being picky! Loved our stay here and would recommend to everyone.
The breakfast was incredible!! And the juices/soft drinks/ sweets available at any time was such a nice treat!
