Quirky rooms, great location
Nice room on secand floor. No elevator so luggage was tough to move to room.
Poor parking availability, even for a fee.

The hotel is in a good location and a short walk into central queenstown area. The check in team are friendly and rooms were very spacious.
However it must be said that we found the cleanliness not up to a 5 star standard, the towels were dirty on arrival, we requested them be replaced and replacements were also marked. This was disappointing and left a sour taste given the price we paid. Overall we enjoyed our stay but expected a little more!
What an absolutely idyllic little Hotel. Love the colorful fanciful interior. Our family had just completed a great walk and it was a perfect respite. Can’t recommend it more highly. Loved the interior and every person we met was as friendly and kind as you could imagine. Breakfast was tasty and the happy hour hit the spot.
Great room and location
The room decorations were particularly lively and comfortable. The happy hour was nice after traveling all day.They also provided complimentary beverages

Friendly helpful personnel. Aperitifs (quality NZ wines) served at the end of each day, free of charge. Generous breakfast. Great bed, big room, everything worked, no noise from other clients, but breakfast and apero with everyone in the salon. Books to read. Well situated, i.e. in a practical but also peaceful litte spot, only five or ten minutes walk from the centre, but away from the noisy areas - really important especially if you're arriving from afar and you've got a good bit of jetlag.

It feels like a cheaply built and cheaply appointed building covered with a coat of trendy paint and some nice throw pillows. It was trying to be something it is not.

The bathroom was very small and in poor condition. The choice of ‘inclusive’ breakfast options was limited and low fat ‘trim’ milk not available.
Localização excelente, hotel cheiroso, limpo e charmoso. Também gostamos que tinha lavanderia a vontade e quitutes com algumas bebidas.
Não tem nenhuma rampa para descer as malas, fizemos uma trip de vários países e estávamos com grandes malas e não se preocuparam em perguntar para saber se colocariam a gente em um quarto que não precisasse subir ou descer escadas com malas pesadas. Além disso, ninguém para atender ou ajudar. Praticamente não vi ninguém no hotel, tudo fizemos sozinhos. Os amenities não eram muito bons, o vaso não era limpo todos os dias. Tinha lavanderia, achamos ótimo, mas o sabão era de baixa qualidade. O café, apesar de muito gostoso, tinha pouquíssima quantidade dos itens e pouca opção.
Highly recommend this hotel. The room is clean. Cars are allowed to park at a cost in the hotel area and just registered on site. Very close to the town center.
The room is not very soundproof and it‘s a bit awkward hearing the next door.
