Room was compact but clean and beds were comfortable. Location was good, quiet street. 7 eleven was close.
Breakfast could offer more fresh fruits and gluten free options too. Staff could be more attentative and warm. Check-in with a machine felt cold in a 4 star hotel. Our kids mentioned that toilet paper could be of higher quality.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of options. While the coffee could have been better, the food overall was quite enjoyable. It was a comfortable and satisfying experience.

The staff - we had a couple of issues and the staff was extremely unhelpful. I would be vary of using this hotel in the future

Baño pequeño y anticuado. Desayuno masificado, tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos para desayunar. Pese a que había variedad en el desayuno la comida no era de mucha calidad.

The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive throughout our stay. They assisted us in booking a taxi to Haneda Airport upon check-out and were keen on answering any queries we had. A day before we checked-out, our safe password was somehow changed but a staff arrived promptly and helped resolve the issue.
The hotel also provided mini cards (at the lobby) which suggests places of interest and food recommendations in different areas of Tokyo which we thought was really cute and useful!
We also appreciated that bottled water was replenished daily, even on days when we didn't request housekeeping :)
The contour pillows provided were also comfortable! (Contour pillows isn't common in hotels so it was nice having it!)
The hotel's location is convenient with both Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Station within walking distance. There's easy access to popular areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku and Asakusa. Haneda and Narita Airports are also accessible via the Airport Monorail at each of the stations respectively. The only downside is that the walk to the stations is a little longer than expected and is not sheltered, so it can be inconvenient on rainy days.
The room itself was quite small and felt a little cramped, although this is fairly common for hotels in Japan. We also noticed a few small black spots on the bedsheets during our stay, which could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Overall it was still a comfortable stay! :)
