Comfortable stay and perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location, minutes away from the subway, walking distance to Tokyo Tower and Ginza. Good breakfast.

Great value for money at convenient location.
Pros:

Room while not big was comfortable and had an arrangement which made good use of space. Beds were great and the additional sofa bed was practically a proper single bed. Great housekeeping daily with no extra charges. Three train stations nearby making travel to most of Tokyo convenient.

Cons:

Pillow was not comfortable for me despite them having two types of pillows for everyone - good thoughtfulness there. Clothes hanger was not a wardrobe but on wall.

Excellent hotel with great location and breakfast
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to public transport. Everything was well taken care of, and we honestly have nothing negative to say. A fantastic hotel that we would happily stay at again. Definitely a 10/10!
