You won’t be disappointed!
Pros:

Reception, kitchen and cleaning staff were so helpful and welcoming, hotel was clean with a spacious room which was perfect for us. Close to shops, stations and attractions. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Would have scored a 10 but unfortunately there was an issue with the lifts. I don’t think doors had sensors because at one point we almost got caught in between.

Pros:

chambre confortable ...peu de place pour de grandes valises mais comme partout dans les hôtels au Japon ...

Cons:

Check in et Check out prevu en borne automatique mais qui au final nécessitent l intervention du personnel de la réception car ne trouvait pas notre réservation !

Pros:

The location was great... walkable distance from the monorail station. Therefore easy connection to Haneda airport.Many eating places and konbinis close by.
Staff was very polite and courteous.

Cons:

The wooden structure around the beds made it difficult to get on and off the beds. We had booked a double bedroom. Cleanliness in the breakfast cafeteria could definitely be worked upon.

All about location, so the price reflect that. Otherwise hotel was ok.

Cons:

Some areas are smoking and the smell in the hotel sometimes was no great. Also the room are very tight if you have a couple of luggages it s hard to circulate for lack of space
