Convenient location to stations. Clean property.
Room is very clean. Great location, 5min walk to Daimon station and JR Hamamatsucho Station. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
It is very unusual nowadays that there are no automatic coffee machines in breakfast dining area and the coffee in the coffee pot taste terrible.
The room is big. The refrigerator is large, also. Located conveniently near two supermarkets. The staff are friendly. The room cleaning option to leave the towels and garbage outside the door is convenient.
The hotel and the room are a little bit old. You have to use a kiosk to check in, which is not very user friendly. There is no closet in the room. Although the room is large, the spaces for opening luggage are quite limited. But I guess that's normal in Tokyo.

The buffet breakfast was great and varied.
The room was extra clean. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for the centre of the city. Underground stations are 5 mins away. Strongly recommend.
The hotel is 5mn away from the subway.

The hotel kept our luggages before being able to checking in.
We were 2 adults and 2 kids in the room; this was a bit tight in terms of space.
The pillows are small and not comfortable.
