Pros:

Pros:

Hôtel facilement accessible en transports, le monorail pour l'aéroport est direct également. Situé dans un quartier plutôt d'affaires. Attention il y a 2 établissements qui ont un nom similaires très proche.

La chambre est spacieuse, on ne manque de rien. Articles de toilettes, café/thé/eau de bienvenue. Le lit est confortable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours.

Proximité sur des family mart/seven eleven et meme une petite supérette pour faire vivre les locaux.

Rashes all over our body that itches with red spots all over our body that I had to seek medical help and was prescribed
Pros:

Nothing, small rooms!
My family and I have severe rashes that itches and I have red spots all over my body!
I don’t know if it was the pajamasz or the bed!
My daughter and granddaughter and myself have the same rash all over our body.

Cons:

The first couple of nights the upstairs room had kids that kept jumping off the bed at night and making thumping sound!
Had to ask front desk to call them to stop since it was midnight!
Bad sound proofing!

Bir tür yer yatağı, yaşlılar için zor olabilir, alışık olmadığım türdendi. Otelin geniş loby ve receptionu yok, sınırlı oturma alanı. Bar, cafe yok. Kahvaltı salonu yetersiz, hijyen üst düzey değil, sunum ve büfe tatminkar değil.

Okay stay
Pros:

The location to Hammamatsucho station/monorail/Daimon station was excellent. About 7 minutes on foot. We were able to walk to Tokyo Tower and Maple Park in about 20. We didn't try the breakfast, so I cannot review that.

Cons:

The room and furnishings could use a refresh. Our queen size room had a mattress on a platform (futon style) and we needed to be careful when getting up at night so as not to have a misstep. Also, the bathroom is a step up (another trip hazard) and felt cramped, even for a shorter person like me.

Spacious clean room with all necessities such as pajamas, skin care, etc.
Pros:

The bed was very spacious and the two tables were a plus. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and also close to the stations. The breakfast was also very delicious and definitely recommend.
