Zermatt est magnifique, mais nous ne retournerons pas à l'hôtel Perren !
Pros:

L'emplacement, près des remontées mécaniques et des bus navettes, pas loin de la gare. Le spa pas trop mal.

Cons:

La chambre était petite et la moquette au sol sale et mérite vraiment d'être changée ! Les meubles sont anciens, moches, la douche était minuscule. L'hôtel doit dater des années 80. Le rapport qualité prix est absolument non-justifié. Payer 746.- pour 2 nuits pour une chambre de cette qualité et un petit déjeuner qui était pratiquement vide à 8h15, ce n'est pas normal ! En plus nous avons dû payer 12.- pour un transport en navette de l'hôtel depuis la gare ! Puis, nous nous sommes fait voler notre housse de ski dans le local à skis qui est vraiment étroit, sale et vétuste. Le personnel à la réception n'était pas très sympathique. Zermatt devient inabordable pour les voyageurs qui n'ont pas des moyens financiers supérieurs ! En tant que simple citoyen suisse, on ne peut même plus voyager dans son propre pays sans devoir payer des montants exorbitants, c'est bien triste ! Les hôteliers et restaurateurs de Zermatt abusent vraiment !

非常难忘的一次入住。
Pros:

员工非常热情，态度很好也有耐心，酒店设施不错。特定房间可以看到马特宏锋，小贵但是非常好的入住体验，下次还会选择。

Cons:

枕头不太舒服。

Welcoming Alpine Hotel
Pros:

I liked the location close to everything including the train. The room was comfortable and inviting with a lovely Swiss alpine balcony. Resto La Barrique had great food and again very inviting. The staff does make sure you are not missing anything.
