Pros:

Location very close to everything, the spa, the breakfast, the staff, the room big enough for 3 adults, the balcony.

Cons:

Spa would be nice with a jacuzzi or heated pool..

Location was perfect, spacious room, refreshing water for welcoming guests, kind concierge.

Cons:

There should be a ramp or elevators heading up from the reception area to the room elevators. We had to carry our luggage, especially long travelling duration from plane to trains, we were tired. There should also be an anti-slip matt on the bathtub and make is seperate from the tub, very dangerous for our mother who is prone to falling to slip on the tub or climb over to shower herself.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast, nice bar and restaurant. The central location next to Gornergrat Bahn was terrific.

Cons:

The small room had not been renovated and the heating had not been turned on. Altogether the room was overpriced for what it was.

Close to lifts

Cons:

No free shuttle to train station even though we paid a lot of money for the hotel.
When I went skiing and my wife helped me getting my boots on etc, when she went back to the breakfast room she was not allowed to stay in the breakfast room anymore.
Every morning around 5 or 6 it was very noisy very early because of the hotel staff scraping the snow away at the entrance.
