Pros:

We love this hotel. It was our second stay. The staff is really nice and helpful. The room was big with a lot of storage space and a balcony. It’s a 5 min walk to Sunnega so very convinrent for skiing. The breakfast was good. They have a shuttle for the trainstation. The spa is nice too after a ski day, it’s always nice to relax.

Cons:

We would have loved to have a coffee machine in the room.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in der grandiosen Bergwelt Zermatts!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral zum Bahnhof, zu den Bussen und zur Gornergratbahn und ist ohne Anstieg zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Als Einzelreisende habe ich mich sehr wohl gefüh

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht schlicht.
Der Teppichboden gehört erneuert oder noch besser durch Holzboden zu ersetzten.
Das betrifft auch den Aufzug.

Excellent petit déjeuner. Endroit bien situé et propre

Cons:

Les tapis dans les chambres devraient être enlevés.
