A excellent place to stay in an beautiful neighbourhood
Pros:

The receptionist Amelia was fantastic. Welcoming, helpful, efficient and friendly. Great to have someone so good representing the accommodation. 👏. The location is great, safe, quiet and walking distance to restaurants (lots of options within 15 min). Free water is a bonus and the fridge, microwave etc very useful for a multi night stay.

¡Una excelente opción para una semana en Santiago! 1. La ubicación es excelente, cerca del nuevo centro, tranquilo y seguro. 2. ¡Personal muy amable! 3. Incluye limpieza diaria, lo cual no me hizo falta. No creo que el apartamento deba limpiarse a diario, así que rechacé la limpieza. 4. Internet muy malo, por desgracia (contacté con la administración, lo intentaron, pero fue imposible; ni siquiera una película en YouTube cargaba). 5. El hotel y los apartamentos no son nuevos, pero todo está limpio y cómodo. 6. No hay aire acondicionado, pero hay uno por la ventana. También está bien. En general, quedé satisfecho. ¡Muchas gracias!❤️❤️❤️

Desde la atención hasta el lugar fueron excepcionales. Muy buena ubicación además, adoré el lugar. Definitivamente volvería.

Cons:

Quizás el aire acondicionado portátil lo cambiaría por uno menos ruidoso, aunque el sonido se volvía ruido blanco en algún punto.

Great Staff, attentive and kind with a lovely location, quiet at night and great bed for sleeping.
Pros:

We loved the location. It is a quiet street but blocks away from the more commercial side of Providencia. You can find Coffee shops around the corner, as well as bodegas for your every day needs. Javier one of the conceirge was always helpful and really all the people who work their were kind, friendly and competent. One small drawback, the parking is very tight, if you are renting a car, get small one. And the rooms, always cleaned and easy to manage, but they could use a refresher on paint. Overall, great stay and have already booked twice here and most likely will again when I travel to Santiago.

En las fotos las habitaciones tienen balcón pero la mía no tenía.
