Super warm staff
Pros:

The staff were so warm & personable. Really enjoyed speaking to them. Also got upgraded to premium room

A great central spot for a quick stay.
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was nice and I liked that it was made to order with buffet sides available.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was in need of some tlc, the jet surrounds kept popping off and the water wasn’t very clean. It was also a bit complicated to use.

Expérience pas satisfaisante par rapport au prix payé et à nos attentes
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, personnel sympathique et les infrastructures "extérieures" sont en bon état, le design de l'hôtel d'une manière générale est beau. La piscine sur le toit est un très bon atout.

Cons:

L'humidité dans la chambre a rendu notre séjour très compliqué, surtout la nuit : toutes nos affaires ont pris l'humidité et les draps également. Il y a un bar dans l'hôtel qui diffusent de la musique jusqu'à 2-3h du matin (en tout cas les 2 jours où nous y étions). Les basses font que l'on entend tout depuis la chambre (nous étions au 3ème étage), ce qui a fait que nos 2 nuits passées n'étaient pas du tout reposantes et comfortables (humidité + bruit)!

- personell is very helpfull and kind
- the room was clean! No bugs, ants or cockroaches!

Cons:

- Breakfast: the breakfast itself was a bit dissappointing. Expectation of what you order versus what you receive.

Breakfast: Also they give you a card with menu options to choose from. This felt a bit bureaucratic. Also 1 coffee is included. You want extra coffee you need to pay cash.
I would rather chose from a menu with prices for hotel guests and pay the breakfast on the spot instead of upfront with how they have organised it.
Or pay a bit more upfront and not be bothered with additional payment. Their formula just doesn't really work for me.

Loved it. Reception staff was great and very helpful with making sure we were happy

The jnr/mini suite was very nice! And reasonably quite even with the bar down below.

Cons:

We started off with the pool room however it was very noisey as you could hear everything going on in the next door rooms. So we asked to change and upgraded to the mini suite and found it a much better room
