Pracownik recepcji nie potrafił sobie poradzić z problemem z kartą. Problem rozwiązała osoba techniczna otwierając drzwi z niedziałającym zamkiem. Jednak to co się wydarzyło się w nocy należy opisać i "nagłościć". Około 3 w nocy inny z gości otworzył drzwi do pokoju swoją kartą. Był tak samo zdziwiony i przestraszony jak ja który zostałem nagle wybudzony. SKANDAL!
