Excellent hotel, getting better over time.
ロビーのスタッフは皆さん対応が良く親切だった。部屋も綺麗だった。
We stayed here for a week during a convention. The rooms were large, spacious, well laid out, and we had a great view of the courtyard from our 8th floor room. We got the Junior Suite and worth it. The rooms are a tad outdated, plus although the signs say no smoking, people smoked before and there were two ashtrays in the room. I don't think there is truly a non-smoking room in China. The buffet was plentiful with international and Chinese foods available. Hotel staff's English was limited, but that is the worst of it.
This is a better than average Holiday Inn hotel. Especially the rooms are spacious and have all amenities you need. The Wifi speed can be slow at times, for example in the evenings. The television only seems to have Chinese language channels. Western style food can be found in the lounge bar, although not the complete menu is available and it takes quite a lot of time to receive the food. Fantastic Chinese breakfast buffet; there is also a Western style buffet. A larger choice of fresh fruit would be recommendable.
The staff is very friendly and tries to help you at all times. Most of them do not speak English well enough for an international hotel, but they compensate that by using a translation app on their smartpone. Good enough for me.
The hotel is about 5 km away from the city center, so you will need a taxi to get there.
Stayed here for the second time on a business trip. Location was great. My room was excellent, internet was very good, and heater really worked (too well). Sleep quality was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Overall, a very good night.
Although a bit tired in places, this is a reasonably good hotel. It is some way out of the centre of town - certainly nothing is within easy walking distance and is close to a busy (and noisy!) main road.
Staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. My room was spacious and clean, albeit with some intriguing stains on the carpet, and I had a large bathroom. Key things like a/c and the safe worked well and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast has some, but relatively few Western options but there was enough choice for 3 days. The toaster needs work, as it seems to do nothing more than warm the bread to around blood temperature!
We had dinner here one evening, which was Chinese only, but excellent value at around £9 for the buffet and unlimited (warm) beer.
All-in-all, not super luxurious but nothing to complain about.
this hotel is maybe a two star Chinese hotel. service is very bad i arrived 11 pm there were 5 receptionists at the counter but it took them 45 minutes to check me in.
the common areas of this hotel are filthy and smell terrible. the AC in the room did. not work properly. the carpet in the room was filthy the room was small and claustrophobic. the bed was more like a Chinese hard bed then a comfortable western bed. most of the staff do not speak ANY english at all. my stay was a very bad experience and i definitely do NOT recommend this terrible hotel.
Hotel is located around 30 minutes drive from the Nanyang Railway Station in a very peaceful and scenic neighborhood.
Check-in and Check-Out was very smooth with the most of the front office conversant in English.
Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was excellent. Bathroom was large and very modern.
Buffet breakfast was good.
Staff are very pleasant and well mannered.
The hotel itself is very nice. I had a suite so it was very roomy. Prices were very decent as well. Breakfast wasn't bad either. The staff were very helpful with booking transportation, etc. very polite. The only downside is that the location is remote and there was nothing to do in the area. The hotel spa was not opwn either. Gardens were OK but a bit dusty. Sat down on a bench and it left marks all over my clothes. Would stay again if I go to Nanyang.
There's not much here honestly. But if you must stay in the city then this is a solid hotel. It's a bit out of the way and transportation needs to be arranged ahead of time. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Would stay agin.
Wonderful Hotel set in Lovely surroundings. The facilities and especially the Swimming Pool was excellent.
Breakfast was amazing, probably the best choice I have ever seen.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff weather in the Dining area or reception.
Staff excellent and friendly, good OK, new beautifull hotel outside center of Nanyang. All Chinese are smoking in the whole hotel. Really everywhere. In the lobby, bar, ailes, central hall, just before step in the elevator....
My deposit of RMB 2000.00 is no where to be seen, please bloody refund my money when you guys are ready. The worse Holiday Inn I ever stayed in my entire life. The local taxi company ganged up with the hotel receptions. They called you a taxi in advance telling you is RMB 30.00 to the city, as soon you on it, there is a point of no return. They rise the price by RMB 15.00 to RMB 20.00. Done that 3 times during the course of 2 days. For some reason, the distance feom the hotel to the airport is RMB 40.00, which is only 10 mins drive away. But going to the city which is a lot further, they charged you the same. Its like comparing 3 miles to the airport and 6 miles out to the city. It doesn't F**king make sense!!! Guys dot's stay there, better of going to the Sheraton which is closer to the center.
Service was bad. English speaking staff well not here. Executive club lounge not open as a platinum was supposed to be upgraded was given a different tiny room with no benefits.. Rooms are tiny bed not comfortable shower not good.
This hotel gives a bad name for the HI brand.
been there 2 night on business trip.
The hotel is new or at least looks new. For the price the quality is extremely good.
The only down side is that there is no guest. Wewere about 10 people in a probably 300 room hotel.
It was a nice place to stay at, lots of services on site. Room was quite clean and modern with all the necessities. Location was a bit far from the city center but VERY convenient to the new sports stadium and close to the airport.
