Ramadan at the front desk was very helpful, professional and respectful. The entire team ensured my stay was perfect, additionally, they always reward loyalty with free room upgrades when available.

Professional staff, always ready to assist. Breakfast was good, April and her kitchen team made sure your breakfast is ready to be served. House keeping always cleaning and dressing bed. Concierge always on stand-by for services. Front desk well professionally dressed and well respected and friendly. Robert at Front desk was exceptional, the rest were fantastic. Property location is less than 50 metres to Dubai metro which makes your movement very easy. The red line trains connect you to the green and orange(tram) lines. Value for the money. Don't skip this hotel and make a reservation somewhere else after reading this comment. Definitely coming back🙏

We had a great stay. It is right beside the metro so a convent location. The staff (especially Jessey) were friendly and helpful. Room was perfect.

Citadines Metro is clean, comfy and friendly. The location is excellent, being only 200m from the nearest Metro Station. We had a 4 night stay in a 1 bedroom Executive Suite on a half board basis. The rooms were large, clean and comfy, but a little dated. Plenty of sockets for phone chargers etc. Food was adequate and sevice was really good, thanks to Rachel and April. A larger menu, both at breakfast and dinner would have been better, especially for those staying a longer duration than us. Many thanks to reception for arranging a 16.30 check out from our room, as we had a late night flight. We would stay here again.

The team at Citadines Metro Hotel is truly outstanding. The staff is not just friendly and helpful, but also incredibly welcoming. They always greet you with their warm, radiant smiles and are consistently attentive and polite. I will definitely be returning!

All staff very friendly and helpful especially Reuben, Faisal and Kalam who helped me with any questions and obliged with my requests for my room and any general questions and enquiries I had. The hotel is ideally located just a 30 second walk from the Internet City metro station entrance and taxi rank so every where in Dubai is easily accessible and not too far away and finally I took a day out to the Soluna Beach Bar and spa on the Palm which includes transfers from the hotel which I also highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location for getting around Dubai, but not lots of entertaining things walking distance from the property.

Cordial staff, nice amenities with kitchenette and washer
Wish the hotel and restaurant are more tied together so when eating can be charged to the hotel room and not pay everytime you eat
