Komfortabel, aufmerksam und ein wunderbares Erlebnis direkt am Meer!
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Manuela Hotel Bitez sehr zufrieden. Von der reibungslosen Organisation unseres Flughafentransfers bis hin zu den blitzsauberen Zimmern war an jedes Detail gedacht. Dass im Zimmer ein Wasserkocher sowie Tee, Kaffee und Wasser bereitstanden, war eine große Annehmlichkeit. Als es abends etwas kühl wurde, haben wir nachts an der Rezeption um eine Decke gebeten, die uns sofort und ohne Wartezeit gebracht wurde – vielen Dank für diese tolle Aufmerksamkeit! Morgens direkt am Meer mit einem reichhaltigen und sehr leckeren Frühstücksbuffet in den Tag zu starten, war einfach großartig; besonders die Omeletts waren köstlich. Absolut empfehlenswert

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Je suis venue la troisième fois dans cet hôtel si agréable, bien fleuri, avec des grandes terrasses et la plage juste devant.
Les repas qu'on peut prendre soit en terrasses, soit à l'intérieur sont délicieux et copieux.
Le service est attentif et un grand merci à tout l'équipe (restaurant, réception, Temple Bar et femmes de ménage) toujours au petit soin.
Il y a des spectacles variés et de bonne qualité.
Un très grand Merci à Oktay Bey pour son écoute et son hospitalité.

Odalar her gün dikkatlice temizleniyor. Havlular yumuşak yatak konforlu. Plaj geniş ve kumsal. Deniz temizdi. Plajda oturma koltukları tüm gün kitap okumak ve dinlenmek için ideal. Bardaki müzik plajı gündüz rahatsız etmiyor. Cappuccino ve mojitosu çok başarılıydı.

Cons:

Hava kapalıydı. Yağmur yapmasa iyidi.

Manuela Boutique Hotel Bitez'de geçirdiğimiz 3 gece gerçekten harikaydı! Otelin denize sıfır konumu sayesinde güne adeta dalga sesleriyle uyanmak paha biçilemezdi. Deniz hemen ayağınızın altında ve plaj alanı son derece huzurlu. Yemeklerin lezzetine ve çeşitliliğine bayıldık; her biri çok taze ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. En çok da çalışanların samimiyetini, güleryüzünü ve her an yardımcı olmak için çırpınan o sıcakkanlı yaklaşımlarını unutamayacağız. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik, emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ederiz!"

Pros:

I have stayed in this hotel before and I have to say I just keep coming back. The hotel is right on the beach. The staff are the best and nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was clean and bright. I will definately be back again soon. Thank you to all the staff for looking after me, see you all soon.

Pros:

Hatte einen spontanen Kurzurlaub mit meiner Tochter.
Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Lage war ausgezeichnet. Sauberkeit top… war mir wichtig.
Wir sind in unser Zimmer geführt worden und es roch nach frischer Bettwäsche. :-)
Kann ich weiterempfehlen!

Ilmaz war kompetent und hilfreich!

Pros:

Great location right in the beach and very supportive happy staff made us feel very welcome

Cons:

Pool is tiny but sufficient. Breakfast was tooo basic. Very Mediterranean. But omelettes were available (very oily). Could have had some fresh fruit perhaps..

oda çok küçük ve eski. beyaz florasan ışığı şeklinde aydınlatmalar var. banyo da aynı şekilde fazlasıyla dar ve duşa kabin su kaçırıyordu. oda temizliği her gün vardı ama çok üstünkörü şekilde yapıldı. gerçi bunun sebebi odada hareket edecek alan olmaması da olabilir. kahvaltı çeşit olarak kötü olmasa da kalite olarak vasat seviyedeydi.

Deniz temiz deyildi. Yakında marina vardı ve onlarln atdığı çopler sahile geliyordu. Oda çok çok küçük. Sadece yatakdan ibaret. Percere yatağın üzerine açılıyordi. 2 kere kalkarken kafamı percerenin kenarına vurdum. Duş kabin çok küçük. Yikanamıyorsun o derece. Plajda şezlong bulamıyorduk. Havlular atılmışdı. Sonunda gördük ki havluları otelin çalışanları atıyor. Dışarıdan gelenleri parayla yerleşditiyorlar. Otelde kalanlar ise şezlong arıyor. Bir de dikkatli olmanız lazım. Otele giriş yaparken sizin tam pansion olduğunuzu söylüyorlar. Son güne kadar bekleyib tam pansion olmadığınızı ve yemek için ödemeniz gerekdiyini söylüyorlar. Bu kafa karıştırmak ve hiç size yakışmadı. Oteli seçerken personel hakkında yazılan iyi yorumları okuyub seçdim. Ben o personeli görrmedim

Pros:

It was so calm, so friendly and so enjoyable that I came back second time to stay there. There are a lot families who stay there , you will feel part of the family. Dishes were exceptionally perfect, I have tasted a lot food in Bodrum, non of them were that much tasty.

Oktay bey has set up in such a way that everithing works perfect.

Personnel is attentive, feel when you need any ass8stance.

Ahmet, Erdogan , Husseyn, Celal, Memmed, Ersun bey, Adem.... alll are helpful genuenly trying to help

The Staff Make All the Difference
Pros:

What truly makes Manuela Hotel Bitez special is not just the location or the facilities, but above all the staff. Every member of the team was wonderful, from the reception staff to those working at the beach area. Their friendliness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.
Initially, we had only booked breakfast, but after experiencing the lunch buffet and the afternoon tea snacks, we immediately upgraded to the all-inclusive option. The food served throughout the day was of a quality you would expect from a top restaurant. In fact, we never felt the need to eat anywhere else during our stay.
The beach is located directly in front of the hotel, making it easy to spend the entire day relaxing by the sea with a coffee or a refreshing drink. The sea in Bitez is beautiful and much calmer than in many other parts of Bodrum, which makes it especially pleasant for swimming and unwinding.
The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adequate for a summer holiday. Since we spent most of our time outside enjoying the beach and the hotel's facilities, they met our needs very well.
Overall, Manuela Hotel offers excellent value for money, thanks to its outstanding staff, fantastic food, beachfront location, and relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

It's not that we didn't enjoy our stay, but the rooms could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness and general maintenance. For example, my bed did not have a mattress protector, and there were visible stains underneath the sheet. The curtain rail was partially broken, making it difficult to open and close the curtains properly. The towels appeared to be clean, but some still had stains on them.These are relatively small issues, but addressing them would make a noticeable difference to the overall quality of the guest experience. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, but a little more attention to these details would go a long way.

Nettes Personal und die Lage.

Cons:

Zimmer 308 extrem klein, Balkon eine Zumutung, da höchstens 1 Person drauf sitzen kann. Absturzgefahr eventuell gegeben. Die Stufe zum Bad eine Sturzgefahr. Kein Fernsehempfang.

Perfectly located hotel with rooms that are a little small but everything else makes that irrelevant.
Pros:

The location of the Manuela (right on the beach) cannot be faulted. It’s close to the main restaurants in Bitez and it’s a pleasant short walk.
The staff were very friendly and eager to please or resolve issues.
Nice sun beds on the beach and plenty of shady areas to sit with a drink.
Nice pool area that isn’t huge but to be honest most people went to the beach.
Outstanding housekeeping - room cleaned and towels changed every day.

Cons:

Breakfast is a little basic and limited. Some fruit and pastries would be a good addition.
Our room had a very noisy extractor fan but to be fair to the hotel they fixed it within 24 hours.
