Excellent Hotel with very helpful staff.
Pros:

First time at this Hotel. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was set up early each day and that was greatly appreciated. I’ve always felt that 0630 is too late for most guests.

Found room to be clean and comfortable. Checkout was a breeze.

The parking lot is tight for full size trucks with trailers.

Overall, one of the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed in a long time

The staff were polite, courteous and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the room was perfect
Pros:

Emma greeted me as I arrived. She was very kind and helped me check in. I worked front desk at a Holiday Inn in college and have traveled for work most of my time since college so I'm familiar with the usual chit chat, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome.

Cons:

That I had let my Rewards membership lapse haha. I had one years ago but this current job I have doesn't have me travel as much. I started a business in Duncan a few years ago even though I live in Tuttle and work in OKC. My business partner who lives in Duncan runs the store. He needed me to come down for the whole weekend to help stock, inventory product and run some events. Emma got me set up with a new rewards membership and I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Absolutely love this hotel. We stay once a year.
Pros:
