Overall good experience
Pros:

It was a very clean hotel. Friendly staff

Cons:

The pool was being utilized by people that weren't staying at the hotel. They brought a whole group of kids so we couldn't use the pool. They were letting people in through the back door near the pool from the neighborhood. The front desk was made aware but nothing happened.

The staff was great. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast doors were closed earlier than posted and food was cleaned up and put away. So everyone didn't get to breakfast in time. Maybe just adjust the times online.

Front desk staff made it a pleasurable experience.
Pros:

Front desk staff were wonderful. Noticed a gentleman cleaning up trash around the property. Pool maintenance was done timely with checking levels throughout the day.

Cons:

Housekeeping is where you have issues. Room had a half full bottle of water on the couch bed at entry. Opened couch bed and there was popcorn and other food items on mattresses. No linen to make the couch bed either although it was supposed to be in a drawer.

Also while sitting outside at night there are many cockroaches running around.

Overall pretty nice motel definitely will say again
Pros:

The breakfast was very good the location was great the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable the price wasn't too bad for the room we got the only complaint I have is I requested a late check out time and nobody ever responded back to me

Cons:

Only thing I really didn't like is the fact that I couldn't get customer service to respond back to me when I asked if they allow a later checkout time
