Pros:

I enjoyed the non-traditional decor. I loved the murals. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful and modern. Beds were soft. Our room was behind the hotel, so we did not hear any traffic. We loved the location as the Garden District is absolutely beautiful!!

Cons:

The breakfast was very little and tasted okay, not more.

Great place to stay close to everything and easy access to the streetcar!
Pros:

Amazing staff & location. You’re right by the streetcar & quick access to everything in Nola. It’s also very quiet at night.

Cons:

The room can be a little loud if your neighbors are but other than that it’s great.

Lovely hotel in great location with an AMAZING staff. Special shout out to Latasha Whyte the director of housekeeping!! I left my computer behind and she got it back to me via fed ex THE NEXT DAY!! She knew how desperately I needed it back and she took care of business.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location on St. Charles Avenue
Cons:

Valet was I believe $45 which I thought was very expensive. But there's plenty of spaces to park on the street so this was not an issue.

Beautiful boutique hotel
Pros:

Very pretty lobby, bar, living room

Rooms are beautifully decorated

Cons:

$50 parking fee was not discussed with n the booking or on the hotel website.
This seemed shady to me that they deliberately did not disclose this substantial charge. Website actually said parking on-site, but there was none offeref to us. Its all valet fee bsded.

This place is a DUMP!
Pros:

From check-in to checkout, this hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. At check in, we were sent to room 417. When we arrived in the room, it had not even been made up, ie no sheets on the bed etc. and it had not been cleaned. We were then moved to a different room. It looked like a brothel. There were pictures missing from the wall as well as a missing light fixture. The room was also very dark as were the hallways.

There is no room service, which any nice hotel should have. There was a coffee pot in the room but it could not be plugged in without being moved. My thought was who configured the placement of a coffee pot whose plug couldn’t even reach the outlet? The room also did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Also, the toilet was finicky about flushing.

The morning of checkout, we met family at the restaurant for breakfast. The server did not speak English and got everyone’s order wrong. She also brought a check that was for someone else’s breakfast.

My advice: DON’T STAY HERE!!!
