Brilliant!
Pros:

I felt that the hotel was of a very high standard, and that everyone there was friendly and polite. It is perhaps a bit more pricy than other hotels in the area, though as I said, I can't really fault the service or facilities, I would reccommend.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints. The only issue that occurred was a deposit for the room of PHP 2,000 per night. I was only stay there 3 nights (PHP 6,000) before flying home. Though I feel the deposit could have been made a lot clearer upon booking.

Location is perfect for the whole family, would stay again !
Pros:

Great location, great breakfast buffet, great facilities and amazing staff!

Cons:

The spa is a lot more expensive than the spas in the mall which are about a 3min walk away (door to door)

A comfortable and enjoyable stay, made even better by the newly renovated and spacious room.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Makati. The newly renovated rooms felt fresh and modern, and I especially appreciated how spacious and comfortable the room was. The extra space made the stay much more relaxing and enjoyable.
