Pros:

The hotel is cozy, the staff is courteous, and we have a large room . Holiday Inn very convenient because of the easy access to the mall. Bravo to the two female employees at the front desk. I asked to check out at around 3 p.m. and asked how much it would cost, but they offered me the opportunity to check out at 2 p.m. for free. We look forward to staying at this hotel each time we travel to Manila.

The room is nice and clean.

Cons:

The food at the hotel resturant is down several nothches over the last few years. In the breakfast they used more than 20 minutes to get us hot water for our thea......3 days in a row.......and on top of that, it wasnt even hot when we finally got it......quit unbelivable. Almost no coldcuts or normal food for europians, but a lot of different food for asians. Lot of construction noice in the lobby and breakfast area, quit horrible.
