Holiday Inn & Suites Makati by IHG

I love this property. There is so much to do. Their customer service is amazing. They bend over backwards for me every time I’m here if I need to check in early or check out like they always accommodate.

We had a lovely stay at HI Makati. My husband and I just wanted a quick escape from our usual routine, and this overnight break was totally worth it.

We were together with our baby dog, Ginger, and the service we experienced from the Reservations Team (Marianne) up until check-in (Concierge Chris & FO Poul) was very efficient and welcoming. Ginger truly loved her watermelon plush toy upon our arrival in the lovely guest room :)

A plus was our time at the lounge. Ara, Richmond, and most especially the bubbly staff member Jean, made it worthwhile and fun. Thank you as well for the compliments while celebrating IHG Loyalty Week!

My stay at Holiday Inn Makati was genuinely enjoyable and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the overall atmosphere of the hotel already felt welcoming, organized, and comfortable. The combination of excellent service, convenient location, modern interiors, and warm hospitality made the experience even more special.

The hotel is in a very convenient and accessible location. It’s close to restaurants, convenience stores, malls, and other key establishments, making it easy to go around Makati even for first-time visitors.

In addition, the hotel was well-maintained, clean, and relaxing throughout our stay. One thing that immediately stood out was the hotel’s modern and stylish interior design.
Also, the food experience was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. My personal favorites were the cheese pizza, the bulalo, and their chocolate cake dessert, which were all flavorful, comforting, and satisfying. I also really enjoyed their in-house café latte — it was rich, smooth, and perfect for relaxing moments at the café.
Their breakfast buffet was also worth looking forward to.

Lastly, One of the most memorable parts of my stay was the way the staff interacted with guests. They were warm, approachable, and genuinely attentive while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. Every interaction felt sincere rather than scripted, which created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
For instance, while we were having merienda at the hotel’s café/restaurant, everyone was enjoying the moment so much that we naturally included some of the staff in the fun. What I appreciated was how cooperative, attentive, and engaging they were while still remaining respectful and professional. They were especially great with the kids, which made the experience even more heartwarming and enjoyable for our family.

A special mention to Sir Michael Pagatpatan and Lanz for their genuine hospitality and positive energy. Their ability to connect with guests so naturally added a personal touch to our stay and truly reflected the kind of service that makes people want to come back.

The friendliness of all staff from the security to front to the cleaner. Super clean room and bathroom. Plus the access going to Glorietta. Highly recommended.

Good service hy the staff at the club lounge area

Our stays were memorable and satisfying. Especially the experiences in the Executive Lounge. The staffs Ms. Diana, Mr. Richmond and Ms. Shena treated us nicely and very helpful. Looking forward to staying again in this hotel.

Clean and staffs are friendly

The executive lounge offers very good service. I experienced very good service from the team of Stevene, Clarisse, Ara and Shena. A good mothers day celebration indeed! Good vacation before going back to Texas!

We are really enjoying our stay. The place is clean, peaceful, and comfortable, and the food at the Executive Lounge is excellent. We are celebrating Mother’s Day here, and the experience feels extra special because of the amazing service from the staff. Special thanks to Neo, Gryn, Diana, and Loyd from the Executive Lounge for being so warm, attentive, and accommodating. They always welcome us with a smile and make us feel comfortable and well taken care of.

We also appreciate the concierge, room service, housekeeping, and pool staff for being very courteous and friendly. Everyone makes us feel genuinely welcome, which makes our stay even more memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

Compared to the United States and other places I’ve traveled the service is spectacular special shot out to APRIL and housekeeping she goes beyond over and above to make sure my stay is comfortable and I have everything I need. We had a really good experience staying at Holiday Inn Makati. The location is very convenient, especially since it’s close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and not noisy, which made it easy for us to relax. Amenities are complete and useful.

What stood out the most was the excellent customer service. The staff were always friendly, polite, and ready to assist whenever we had questions or requests. Their professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was really good, and we would definitely recommend it to others. We look forward to staying here again in the future

If there's a budget, I make it a point to avail access at Holiday Inn Makati' Executive Lounge, not only for it's comfortable and relaxing ambience, but the selection of food is on point. The staff, Jean and Ara, are very cheerful and always serve with a smile. The guy staff (unfortunately forgot his name) has been attentive and helpful as well so kudos to everyone in the Lounge. I'll always come back here when there's a chance for staycation.
