Absolutely convenient

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Location. It is perfect. Close to the three malls of Em District! Just minutes walk.
Friendly staff. Including the front desk and cleaning crew.

Cons:

We stayed during the New Year vacation. The price was 2.5X of what it usually is in Booking.com. Perhaps it was cheaper elsewhere or booked directly.
