A comfortable stay.
Pros:

Was in a handy location within walking distance to the Main Street, but still quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The property and room were looking a bit tired. Not quite the standard normally expected from a stay at the Mercure.

Я в шоке от того, что этот отель носит название Mercure!!!
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля для пляжного отдыха, территория большая, красивая и зеленая. Отсутствие ползучих животных/насекомых в номерах ( а это немаловажно для Бали).
По требованию выдают все наборы, которые должны быть в отелях 4* ( для бритья, для чистки зубов и тд).

Cons:

Завтраки отвратительные ( возможно для азиатов и есть что покушать, но для европейцев отвратительно : сыра, колбасы, масла нет, овощи и все что в теплых контейнерах чесночное и невкусное, кофе это просто черная вода, овощи в минимальном количестве, если хотите хоть немного салата сделать то придется выгрести все что есть там, мастер по яичнице даже по английски не говорит).
Номера не просто обновления требуют, там вообще закрывать надо и полностью ремонт делать ( шторы все в пятнах, раковина в трещинах, столещница у раковины тоже вся в трещинах, розетки вываливаются из стены, грязь).

Tired hotel in need of some polishing up.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the private beach is pretty.

Cons:

The facilities are old and tatty. They are a far cry from the photos. I was able to book a twin room for 1 adult and 2 kids, when I asked for an additional bed, the hotel was unable to supply one.

My stay was terrific.
Pros:

I liked how the staff treated me especially Ayu she was absolutely amazing. She recorded our breakfast attendance with wide smile and with much happiness. After the first day she remembered my room number, it showed me she cared. All was terrific.

Pros:

The pool area was clean and well maintained. Room was cleaned daily. English was spoken by almost everyone. shuttle to the beach was hourly made it convenient to go back and forth from the beach.

Отличный вариант для того чтобы переночевать и провести время на пляже, у чистого океана.
Pros:

Вежливый персонал, собственный шатл бас к своему пляжу каждый час, отличное SPA, кайфанула от массажа после длинной дороги.
Номера очень компактные, функциональные. Нет насекомых!)

Cons:

Сам отель нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Выглядит уставшим. Много хлорки в бассейне, еда на завтраках не вкусная и совсем нет мяса(может было, но к 10 я не нашла его на шведском столе) Цена за комнату высокая для такого уровня. Лучше бы я выбрала размещение на частной вилле, на виллах всегда жилье просторнее,
