Infelizmente a limpeza do quarto estava muito ruim. Haviam muitos cabelos no banheiro e quarto... nem parecia que foi feito uma limpeza antes de nossa chegada. Minha indignacao maior foi que mesmo depois de solicitar a limpeza, o servico demorou e ainda assim o chao do quarto permaneceu sujo.
Alem disso, tivemos que desligar o frigobar pois estava um barulho muito alto.

La ubicación y la amabilidad de los personales que atienden en el local.

Cons:

1. Información errónea: cuando hice la reserva recibí un mesnsaje por parte del hotel donde especificaba que el check in era al mediodía. Sin embargo cuando llegamos allá nos dijeron que era a las 15:00. Solo gracias a la amabilidad del recepcionista y ya que habia habitaciones disponibles no tuvimos que esperar.
2. Desayuno: El desayuno no está incluido, es un servicio tercerizado, eso ya lo sabiamos. Pero al llegar allá uno se entera de que cuesta 54 reales por día, por persona. Me parece muy costoso. (Cuando hice la reserva me pareció haber leido que era un adicional de aprox 10 reales).
3. Mantenimiento: Durante toda nuestra estancia (Domingo a jueves) la puerta del baño tuvo problemas, no se cerraba. Se lo hicimos saber desde el primer momento pero todas las veces nos dijeron que iban a enviar a la gente encargada para repararla solo que nunca lo solucionaron.

Hotel com localização privilegiada, em frente à Praia de Camburi, com garagem para hóspedes que chegam de carro e equipe prestativa.

Cons:

Alguns gargalos foram visíveis: 1) aparelho de ar-condicionado bem ruim, sujo e mal posicionado no quarto. Passamos calor nas 3 noites de estadia em Vitória, que registrou noites com 27, 28 graus; 2) limpeza geral do quarto bem deficiente. Muito lodo nas torneiras, janela superempoeirada e mofo no teto; 3) acesso à garagem no subsolo com curva bem apertada. É preciso muito cuidado para não arranhar ou danificar a lataria do carro. 4) Café-da-manhã com pouca opção para quem não consome derivados de farinha de trigo e laticínios.
