O café da manha era o convencional, constando de frutas, pães, bolos, sucos, queijo, frios e café.
Os funcionários procuram ser atenciosos e gentis.

Cons:

A manutenção das funcionalidades dos quartos às vezes deixam a desejar, como lâmpada do banheiro queimada, o lavatório com algum entupimento.

Cons:

O atendimento na entrada. Viajei com 3 netas de 15, 17e 19 anos, com toda a documentação, mas não pude entrar até o pai enviar, de Brasília, a autorização legal. Este informação não constava nem no Booking, nem nas informações do hotel. Eu tinha todas as carteiras de identidade, certidões de nascimento e os documentos que provam que sou avó delas. Viajamos de avião com estes documentos, mas não entramos no hotel.

Fiz reserva para casal e para eles mostrou que era família! A cama se dividi e é ruim ,acredito que houve um erro porém não sei se do aplicativo ou do hotel.

Da localização e o atendimento da recepção

Cons:

Da limpeza e conservação do quarto, estourou o sifão da pia do banheiro , mesmo acionando a recepção o problema não foi resolvido, ficando com mau cheiro durante a estadia.
