Alguns funcionários do hotel são gentis (a maioria).

Cons:

O frigobar é desabastecido. A diária é caríssima para o que é oferecido. O café da manhã é por fora, com uma terceirizada que opera o restaurante. Os funcionários desse restaurante não são gentis. Pedi um prato para poder almoçar e eles me negaram. A única “comodidade” do quarto são dois copos de papel kkkkk. O ar condicionado deu defeito no primeiro dia e a porta do banheiro travou, tive que trocar de quarto. Ninguém do staff veio me ajudar. O funcionário parecia que estava apressadíssimo, inclusive.

Localização e disponibilidade de café da manhã bem cedo.

Cons:

Se abrir a água da pia, a água do chuveiro esfria.
Pedi 2 lanches no quarto, depois de 1h, recebi apenas 1 lanche.
TV não funcionava bem, tinha que tirar e colocar na tomada para dar reset, desisti de assistir.
