Bien ubicado pero mal conservado.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, aunque para los huéspedes sería muy agradable tener cierta cortesía al usar los estacionamientos públicos cercanos. Actualmente eso añade 15 euros más diarios al precio pagado por cualquier habitación.

Cons:

El deterioro de las instalaciones hidráulicas de la habitación asignada. Pagamos por una Premium Doble y tanto el lavabo como la ducha funcionaban pésimo

Teníamos desayuno incluido, reserva hecha desde marzo, y por aforo de hotel, nos privan del desayuno incluido des primer día y nos mandan al vips a un café, tostada básica y vasito de zumo, cuando el desayuno propio del hotel es buffet libre... No tenemos culpa de que no quepamos en el salón comedor, haz 2 turnos, no es nuestro problema... o no cobres por un 4 estrellas y no estás a la altura... En segundo lugar, nos dieron una habitación de las antiguas, nada que ver con las de la foto...Nos hemos venido con dolor de espalda por la rigidez de la cama, horrible dormir, el desagüe de la ducha descascarillado, el dintel de la puerta caído... el ascensor se averió... y el checking eterno... No repetiremos. Si cobráis como 4 estrellas estad a la altura, si no, bajad los precios y el cliente entonces sabe a lo que va...
