Overall room wasn’t very clean, the worthy thing that there wasn’t internet in the room

The apartment was nice, clean, and check in was easy. The breakfast was good and near to town. My only one minor complaint was there was not any wifi in the apartment. I only stayed for one night, but this would have been a problem if the stay had been longer. Overall would recommend this hotel.

For a short stay had everything we needed.

It had lovely large swimming pools with beautifuly kept gardens . The view we had was amazing

We chose the wrong hotel, itveas the first time we stsyed in apartment and there were so many children there, it was very noisy, but the staff were very helpful the place was clesn and the beds were comfortable

Obligé de faire le ménage à fond en arrivant des morceaux de jambon trainant par terre dans la cuisine et le sol de l’ensemble de l’appartement laissant à désirer, de plus nos avons fait la vaisselle les couverts et assiettes étant gras et tachés, et nettoyer la table pleine de gras collant.
Pas très engageant de le début. Pueblo plutôt très bruyant ainsi que le restaurant
Couloir et terrasse autour de la première piscine devant la brasserie pas nettoyé, mégots cheveux ….etant présent chaque jours de notre séjour
Bref nous ne reviendrons pas.

Todo de escándalo, lo único malo por decir es la cantidad de escaleras....jajajaja

Entorno agradable y familiar, instalaciones limpias y zonas comunes en buen estado

Hemos disfrutado unas fantásticas en familia con los niños
El hotel está genial, muy buena animación, instalaciones geniales y comida muy bien
Justo enfrente del hotel se encuentra la playa, de muy fácil acceso

Las habitaciones bien, las piscinas tienen el suelo que resbala bastante, el buffet muy normal para la comida, en media pensión normal te cobran las bebidas.

Nuestra experiencia en general ha ido bién pero al ponernos en el edificio buganvilla que está al final de todo, con niños pequeños hay que caminar mucho y se cansan. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia pero bueno estaba bastante bién y amplia. El bufet prácticamente hay siempre lo mismo para comer y cansa un poco y para los niños no hay nada diferente. Podría haber algún tipo más de cereales para ellos. Lo que más nos ha gustado son las piscinas, el mono club y la amabilidad de los empleados.

Sängen hade plastad frote under lakanet, dessutom var froteen veckad. Sängkläderna byttes inte på 8 dagar.

Der Club liegt direkt an einem kleinen Sand/Kieselstrand. Wir hatten ein Appartement in Erdgeschoss. Recht großzügig, aber sehr schlicht und spartanisch eingerichtet. Insgesamt sauber. Die Einrichtung ist aber schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war sehr klein und ziemlich hart. Wir hatten das Halbpensionspaket. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl, aber sehr mäßiger Qualität der Speisen. Abendessen in Buffetform mit ebenfalls großer Auswahl in mäßiger Qualität. Fazit: ein in die Jahre gekommener Club, der für uns für eine Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung war. Und sieht man den günstigen Preis, war es wirklich gut.

Nosotros particularmente estuvimos 45 minutos para el check in porque la chica era nueva... Tuvimos paciencia pero creo que debería alguien con ella para enseñarle... animación prácticamente inexistente, solo el día de deporte vi algo. El apartamento era insoportable el olor a humedad, tanto que tuve que comprar un ambientador y tener todo el día la ventana abierta para poder dormir algo.
La comida bastante decepcionada por calidad. Estuvimos un par de días y habían muchas quejas entre los clientes... Espero que esté comentario sirva para mejorar

En líneas generales bastante buena, pero el apartamento que nos asignaron, estaba en el último edificio, buganvilla, para ir con peques muy retirado de la entrada del hotel…., el apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, los servicios y el hotel como tal, Excelente
La limpieza….. no limpiaron como tal, solo hicieron la camas, el baño solo cambiaron las toallas, ni barrieron ni nada… y en el apartamento tampoco…
Estuvimos muy agusto y para ir con familias está genial.

Calidad / precio está muy bien

Before we travelled we requested ground floor apts with walk in showers to to elderly couple and also reduced mobility with remainder of party. This was accepted as previous trips. When we arrived we were only allocated one of these rooms and when asked to speak with hotel manager, they refused to speak with me. We have never benn so poorly treated by this hotel.
