Renovation queries
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, clean , been there a few times, hopefully we are going back in September 2026 , But today we walked past the hotel, and it is a building site, loads of work being done and I’m not sure it will be ready for the summer, hope I’m wrong but every window has been removed the roof is being removed , from what I could see, every single room was being renovated , please please let us know if it will be ready by July

Kurzer Aufenthalt am Meer
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber, Bett bequem.
Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Da wir mit dem Motorrad unterwegs waren, war uns ein sicherer Parkplatz sehr wichtig. Dies wurde erfüllt.

Cons:

Der Pool hat extrem nach Chlor gerochen, das war nicht ganz so prickelnd.

Pros:

Lo que más me gusto fue el trato del personal pero sobre todo los animadores.

Cons:

No me gusto muchas cosas, como por ejemplo lo de los toboganes que no estaban en el hotel después allí el chiringuito lo cual yo iba con todo incluido tenía que pagar, la comida muy poca variedad, en la piscina mi sobrino se tropezó con una loza que estaba rota y se corto el dedo, en fin... muchísimas cosas no volveré a ir.

Our Late Holiday and Family Visit
Pros:

Staying at the Best Mojacar from 14th to 28th while visiting family living in the local village of Turre and as a holiday hotel. To visit Turre public transport was limited a car essential. To visit along Mojacar Playa bus service met most of our needs, or Taxi to Mojacar Pueblo due distance and steep walk. Staff were excellent for all info and arranging transport needs. We found the buffet style food excellent a wide selection we preferred to go for more Mediterranean style rather than eating food more common example chips and pizza in UK. Choice on salad bar was excellent fresh and appetising, Stir Fry cooked to order excellent as were choice of main meals and deserts. Meal times were good you were never rushed although earlier was probably best. During the first 11 days the staff were excellent making sure you were well and truly looked after. The last 2-3 days the coffee machines needed a little help to get the drink you wanted due to a reduction in staff. We put this down to end of season closure and don't believe it was normal. Rooms were clean tidy with service everyday all staff polite and keen to look after you around bars restaurant's and cleaning staff. Entertainment staff around pool and games kept guests happy with numerous activities including petange bowls archery table tennis board games not to mention water exercise round the pool. bingo in Spanish and English was also a big hit. For the more active a good Gym was available on site. Book again? YES

NOT FOUR STAR QUALITY
Pros:

Do not come if you are English. All entertainment is in Spanish. No TV channels in English.

Food is not great. One day there was no tea available. Restaurant waiters excellent. Deffinately not 4 star quality food.

Room was ok. Rooms not cleaned. Sheets not changed. One night we did not have a hot shower.

Reception staff excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Bar staff friendly.

Would rate this hotel 3 star.

Noisy and tatty
Pros:

On first impression this all looked good if a little tired (paint scratched/ soap dispenser hanging off wall/ broken tiles on the terrace/ wonky steps into pool) but it soon became a difficult stay we looked forward to moving on from. The view from the room was stunning across the sea and pool plaza. This meant all entertainment/ music was below and heard in our room. Zumba / bingo were blasted out early evening then evening show until 11pm + when the terrace was cleared by tables and chairs scrapped across the tiled flooring. So midnight before peaceful when people stopped running / singing along corridor.
If you are a party animal, this is for you, if not, think again. Oh and there's no English tea bags in the tea selection!!!
For a hotel with loads of English guests this was unbelievable.
