Magical… A dream of a place 💫💫 !
Pros:

This place is simply a dream ! We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Every detail has been thought through with such care, and the cabin is incredibly cozy, beautifully arranged !
Our hosts were simply fantastic and made the whole experience even more special.
Breakfast was delicious, and the entire stay felt like a magical escape. We honestly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to stay in Zermatt.
Thank you for everything and cannot wait to come back!

Een heerlijk verblijf in het hart van Zermatt!
Pros:

Super vriendelijke ontvangst en de gastvrijheid van Michelle en Thor! Ze doen er alles aan om de gasten naar de zin te maken. Ze zijn attent en denken in alles met je mee; niets is teveel gevraagd.

Cons:

De hoofdkussens vonden we niet optimaal, maar ook weer niet zodanig dat we om andere kussens hebben gevraagd, dus was het okay, maar dit is het enige wat ik zo kan bedenken.

Wonderful!
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, 30 seconds off the main street, allowing for easy access to all the ski lifts and stores, but still tucked away on a calm street!

Our room was spotless, had a very comfortable bed and a balcony with a view towards Zermatt town and the mountains. The reception, bar and breakfast area are beautifully decorated, adding to the cozy atmosphere.

The hosts are wonderful, and are a big reason why the stay at Romantica is so memorable! Always helpful and so welcoming ♥️

Warm welcoming beautiful
Pros:

Very cosy and beautiful hotel with great facilities. What made it great were the hosts who were warm and welcoming and it felt like staying with family.

Cons:

I wish the directions on how to reach included “ turn up at Lindt” which would have made finding it easier. My network did not work after leaving the train station and that small alley is easily missed

Really lovely and will definitely book again.
Pros:

I loved the location off the Main Street on a small cobblestone walkway. The hotel itself was quiet. My room was very cute, clean and comfortable. The staff and owners were exceptionally helpful and kind. I felt like I was taken care of and not just another number. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend to others.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like.

とても可愛くてロマンチックなホテルです。
Pros:

スタッフの方が親切でした。
トラブルがあり、当日のチェックインが遅れても
対応していただきました。
また、私たちが全然英語を話せなくても、
わかりやすい言葉で話しかけてくれたり、
すごくフレンドリーで安心しました。
内装外装もとても可愛く、スタッフの方も優しいので
また泊まりたいなと思いました。

Cons:

4階のバスタブ付きの部屋でしたが、
３階まではエレベーターで、４階まで階段を使いました。
大きい荷物の場合はちょっと大変かもしれません。
