The location was good with great views. The pool and spa were lovely

Cons:

We had some issues with a door into the bathroom getting stuck, the clothes dryer didn't always work, a dining chair was cracked and unusable and there was no oven tray for cooking.

Pros:

The apartment was great, wonderful views, very comfortable, peaceful and quiet and so convenient to stock up with supplies. We really enjoyed our stay there and will use it again when we come up to the Gold Coast.

Average, overpriced, wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Lovely view of the water

Cons:

Reception close 2pm on a Saturday when you’re not allowed to check in until 2pm.
Lift broken.
Terrible check in trying to get a hold of someone off site via an intercom and then having to read out my credit card details.
Location felt a bit unsafe, not really many cafes or shops in walking distance.

Great location with a water view and good apartment facilities. Just need to get their lifts working as should be expect
Pros:

Great location close to where I needed to go.
Full kitchen and laundry facilities.
Aircon and fan helped keep the apartment cool.

Cons:

One of the lifts was out of action so it was extremely slow trying to exit the building EVERY time.

Great view
Pros:

Clean comfortable unit- friendly staff- great view- park over the road

Cons:

Only one lift - we were advised the 2nd lift was awaiting repairs. We waited at 5th floor with our trolley to vacate in plenty of time before 10am( needed to be elsewhere) but after the lift reached basement, it returned straight to top floor for more 'passengers' which meant it was too full to take us with our trolley- several times!
