Facilities were good and staff Renee, Ken and Christie were very helpful.
Pros:

Location, handy to public transit and waterfront.

Cons:

We had issues with bugs notably German Cockroaches, they did bring in a pest control, that helped somewhat. There were issues with the A/C that were not addressed.
They put us in another room that was an improvement.

Great place!
Pros:

My friends son loved the complimentary zooper dooper, we loved the spa and the bbq area.

Cons:

The dripping in the shower from the air conditioning could be heard during the night when trying to sleep which was annoying for a light sleeper
