Would not recommend.
Pros:

Only good thing is the location. Closer to sea world and the main beach.

Cons:

I don't know about other apartments but our apartment was privately owned although it was not mentioned on booking.com advertisement. Apartment was very poorly maintained. Kitchen was filthy. Washing machine had mould in it so we ended up using nearby laundromat. Drawers and cabinet handles were so dirty and black stuff on them. Bed sheets weren't clean. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were horrendous. Gave us headaches. Dirty corners everywhere in the apartment. Floor in the shower was so dirty. I think there was black mould in the grout.

Basically good with a couple of issues

Pros:

The apartment was spacious for 2 ppl the shower pressure was awesome and the staff on reception were amazing. Our only regret was we were only staying for 1 night. Secured parking gym and pools available

Easy access, secure underground parking, heated pool and extra facilities were great for our family
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and tidy, a little outdated but that’s to be expected and didn’t affect our stay at all. A bonus was the complimentary zooper dipper Ivy poles at reception! The heated pool was great for the kids as we stayed during winter. Beautiful views of the water across the road. Great facilities heated pool, gym, sauna and ping pong table. Walking distance to restaurants.

Cons:

A bit of rusting and outdated in the bathroom, but this doesn’t affect its use
