L'accueil, l'emplacement proche de la plage , petit-déjeuner correct
Les cloches de l'église juste à côté (4h du matin) ,les aboiements de chiens , très petite salle d''eau avec toilettes intégrées vite transformée en pataugeoire

The room was clean and modern, we were given a free upgrade to a larger room on arrival which was great. The location is excellent and the staff are super friendly and very helpful.
We had some noise issues from other guests on our floor but I texted reception on WhatsApp and they helped straight away and handled the issue.
The breakfast is very basic but you can ask for Pho and fresh eggs of your choice.

Stayed during the hotel was under some construction. I was woken up at 6am every morning to the people working. Room was dirty and bed a bit hard
The room is clean, and there is daily room service, which is appreciated as a standard offering.
I had difficulty when trying to arrange transportation back to the hotel. After calling for assistance, I was transferred to someone else, and the call was unfortunately dropped. It would be much more convenient to book the transportation directly without needing to call multiple numbers or go through additional steps, as it only creates unnecessary stress for the guest.

Really friendly staff, however there were a lot of banana flies in the bathroom - otherwise it was a really nice and comfortable stay. Close to the beach, quiet.
