A magical stay with kind and attentive staff
Pros:

The location was perfection! Our garden view villa was spacious and had beautiful art on the walls. The ac in the bedrooms worked great and the fans in the common areas were all that was needed to stay cool. The pool is situated in a lovely spot. You are a quick 5 minute walk to Playa Arrocito, which is very nice to swim at, especially in the mornings and evenings when it is less busy.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff did beautiful towel art that my daughter raced to her room to see after every cleaning service. They can do turtles, elephants, birds, and more! Really special.
For nature lovers like ourselves, being out of town like this was spectacular, and it was an absolutely incredible property for birding - we saw over 15 bird species just around the property! We also saw a coati and more than one iguana in the neighbourhood, which was very exciting for my animal obsessed kiddo!

Cons:

It was a bit too bad that there aren’t more food options nearby, but we knew this when we booked and it is a quick and easy taxi ride into town!
The literal only other drawbacks were that the mattresses were a bit firm for my hips, and there was a scorpion in our villa on arrival, however this was quickly addressed by staff and frankly gave my daughter an exciting story she will never forget, so in many ways it was a positive!

Great staff and location the rooms furniture could have been a bit better.
Pros:

The location of the resort is 10 minutes outside Hualtulco, 7 minutes to groceries and a shopping center, 12 minutes from the airport. You are a block from a nice beach to swim at however the hotel also has a pool. The staff are great, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The living room area/common areas were furnished with patio furniture which was fine for dining room table but uncomfortable for the living room. We didn't spend much time in the living room but when we did it wasn't comfortable. The bedrooms and main room could also have benefited from a towel rack and an additional table or two for space to put your keys down etc.. Essentially minimalist furniture. Though the beds were comfortable and closets were fine.

Also though not a big deal for us, come prepared for stairs, the complex is on a hill and our room had a minimum of 2 flights of stairs regardless of which way you went. Not a big deal for us but could be for some.

The location was spectacular, the house is beautiful. Location was nice and quiet out of town but it was easy and a quic
Pros:

The views and space provided were excellent. Three of the rooms were large and had very comfortable beds, the one downstairs is smaller but also lovely. Very clean throughout.

Cons:

Minimal equipment in the kitchen for such a large house with only two small couches in a spacious lounge room and no washing machine. We went and purchased glasses and kitchen equipment for during our stay.

Very comfortable family place to explore Huatulco.
Pros:

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, breezy and well equipped, and has incredible views. The staff were very helpful. The cleaning staff made amazing little animal shapes out of the towels, which the kids loved. The pool is very nice. It was easy to park just outside and the reception helped us to book taxis whenever needed. At night, Carlos was there to open the door. The Bays of Huatulco are amazing and really worth visiting.

Cons:

The closest beach (Arrocito) was very full and not that nice. For everything else we needed a car. Still, we would recommend the place for families.

Cons:

Cobble stone walking areas are a little challenging and a lot of stairs. Very manageable but for older people could be something to be aware off.
