Cons:

La prima vizită acum aproximativ 5 luni totul a fost exact așa cum trebuie, însă de data aceasta, curățenia a lăsat de dorit. Am fost nevoiți să schimbăm 2 camere și la ultima a trebuit să cerem să se facă din nou curat , mai ales în baie!

Pool, sauna, steam room. Some staff very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Able to extend stay

Food expensive, some small portions, some confusion in charges
Some difficulty with check in and booking process (some of this may be due to booking.com). Sea view rooms expensive and some views not great

There is no quality anymore

A huge disappointment
Cons:

Terrible experience. The hotel I've been coming to for a long time has now turned into an ordinary motel-like accommodation. The smell of cigarette smoke, the noise, and the hygiene problems in the corridors and rooms were a disappointment. It's impossible for you to sleep at night. Despite repeatedly warning them about the noise, instead of resolving the issue, management moved me to the worst room in the hotel.

Bad treatment, bad room condition from the ac, to the bed. Good location.
Cons:

The treatment of the reception staff. The room condition. The fact I booked a single king size bed room and they made me stay at a room with two single beds brought side to side as they were one bed which hurt my back for days.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und bequeme Betten .

Cons:

Was ich beim Check-in nicht in Ordnung fand: Ich habe direkt bei der Anreise nach meiner Rechnung gefragt und mir wurde zugesichert, dass ich diese am nächsten Tag beim Check-out sofort erhalte.

Da die Zahlung bereits beim Check-in erfolgt ist, finde ich, dass die Rechnung grundsätzlich auch direkt mit der Zahlung bzw. unmittelbar danach ausgedruckt und dem Gast ausgehändigt werden sollte.

Beim Check-out erneut warten zu müssen, obwohl die Rechnung bereits am Vortag zugesagt wurde, finde ich unnötig und nicht besonders gastfreundlich. Hier wäre aus meiner Sicht ein etwas besser organisierter Ablauf wünschenswert.

We were on he 15th floor and at night we had a great view of the city.
The roof top bar was very nice and relaxing.
Staff were very helpful

Cons:

We had an issue with our first room, but this was dealt with quickly and we were moved to a different room.
