This is me favorite Hotel on Istanbul Center,everybody are so nice special FrontDesk where Mr.Orkun and Mr Mert are so attentive, nice New Club Lounge good food and service where Mr. Emran Bar Manager he is in all the details for all the helping

Very comfortable bed. Clean rooms
The room wasn’t ready on time. We were asked to wait and then it still wasn’t ready after another 45 minutes. Also, drinks in the hotel bar were significantly overpriced.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing.
The hotel does not match the photos advertised on Booking.com. The images create an impression of a much higher standard than what is actually provided. In addition, there was a strong sewage smell in both the hotel and the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
I expected a clean and pleasant environment, but unfortunately the condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations. The unpleasant odor significantly affected the overall experience.
To make matters worse, when I was leaving the hotel, I was carrying three large suitcases and was clearly struggling to open the entrance door. Several employees saw me but did not offer any assistance. This lack of basic customer service and hospitality was disappointing and left a very poor impression.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
for two night as stop over in istanbul to vancouver we stay at hotel .
we book sea view room but we get bosphorus view suite.
the suite in large with view to busphorus. the breakast and pool area
are good .
due to construction in front of hotel try to have room in 11th floor and
upper . the hotel is not good for walk around area or use of public
transportation as there is multiple intersections and many steps .
Great staff,excellent breakfast,top views from sky bar.
