I felt the reservation staff were a bit cold. Not because they didn’t ah red to reduce the extra bed charge I had requested for.. and I first got a message saying bed request approved. And later almost a day later hit a mail saying it will be charged . I had already left for my journey and did not read the mail . In explaining the staff did not empathize nor add any supporting words .. just that I would have to pay

All services are available and excellent. A beautiful hotel close to all amenities.

Cons:

Room service prices are a bit high, and when you request water, they give you one or two bottles; you have to pay for the rest. Türkiye is the source of the water, so guests shouldn't be thirsty at all.

اقامة جميلة لكن ماراح اكررها بسبب موقع الفندق

الفندق راقي وهادي ونسبة الأمان عالية جداً ( ضيعت كرت باب غرفتي ماعطاني بديل الا لما سالني بعض اسئلة الأمان )
السرير جدا مريح والتكييف ممتاز
الفطور يعتير جيد والمطعم واسع

موقع الفندق ماجنبك شي لازم تاكسي لاتعتمدون على الباصات ركبت باص على وصف جوجل ماب طلع طريقه غير عن الفندق
الفطور يحتاج تنويع
للاسف الان يبنون امام الفندق غطوا على الاطلالة

Cons:

La prima vizită acum aproximativ 5 luni totul a fost exact așa cum trebuie, însă de data aceasta, curățenia a lăsat de dorit. Am fost nevoiți să schimbăm 2 camere și la ultima a trebuit să cerem să se facă din nou curat , mai ales în baie!

Pros:

Pool, sauna, steam room. Some staff very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Able to extend stay

Cons:

Food expensive, some small portions, some confusion in charges
Some difficulty with check in and booking process (some of this may be due to booking.com). Sea view rooms expensive and some views not great
