Funcionarios sao simpaticos mas precisam melhorar e ter um aplicativo disponível para uber e taxis

O Hotel é ótimo , mas achei longe do centro e pontos turísticos . Não tem trem ou eletrica perto …

Cons:

Achei absurdo eu pedi para os funcionarios da recepção chamarem um Uber ou Taxi demoraram 20 min eu a espera sentada , então me disseram q não tinha e que os taxi que as xs estão a porta estavam ocupados e sem previsao de volta , então eu disse oque eu faço , disseram espere , então sai na rua eu mesma tentando parar um taxi o qual é um pouco difícil porque ali é uma Avenida rapida , quase todos taxis passam com passageiros , tbm demorei um pouco ate um estar disponível e cheguei 40 min atrasada ao meu compromisso marcado .

it's not five stars just 4 star

good location and fantastic pool

Cons:

It's a good hotel, but its five stars are a bit far-fetched. At most, it can be given four stars. The hotel's breakfast is limited and awful. The sheets and bedspreads in the rooms were changed only once during our six-day stay. The so-called five-star hotel doesn't have any small face towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.! They only have a large shampoo bar mounted on the wall!

Location is good, the rooftop restaurant is so cozy and the food so yummy, the satff are very welcoming as well. I recommand it but not with that price

Cons:

I paid 140 euro for the Busphore view and actually its construction view, even at the 10 floor

Die Aussicht aus der Ecksuit war toll!

Cons:

Minikühlschrank war nicht so sauber.. zudem hat das was gekostet. Für den Stellplatz unten zahlt man ebenso. Sonst top

Het was goed
Pros:

Mooie uitzicht en heerlijk bed

Cons:

Helaas waren er meerdere administratieve fouten bij het personeel (dit is twee keer voorgekomen). Ook functioneerden de kamerkaarten niet altijd goed of bleken ze leeg te zijn, wat voor ongemak zorgde.
