The staff were very nice and they also tried to help us during our stay in Istanbul. I have to say they one of very few groups that are not trying to scam you. The hotel needs major renovation, and I mean major. We were told it was 4 star, it's around a 1.5 star at best. Expect a lot of noise as their is a Mosque next door. If they simply started working on this hotel it could be very nice, but even the furniture has worn stain/paint down to bare wood. Cleanliness is moderate to low.

Beware of buying anything in Turkey, I've never been to a place ever with this many con-artists. If you buy anything make it a low cost purchase and do not trust what anyone tells you about any good or service you are purchasing.

Double check everything online prior to traveling and during your stay in this place research everything online right before shelling out any money. You should type in scam into your search

Turkey could be a great place to visit but I absolutely do not recommend it because there are so many crooks there trying to rip you off. It is non-stop.

Again, the staff at the hotel were nice but that is all I can say was good.

It’s the worst experience in that hotel rooms, service, foods, I regret stayed at that hotel it was the first and last time

We had a lovely 4 night stay at The Time Hotel . Bed room was clean and had the extras you need. Coffee , tea, toiletries, WiFi , tv and a good hairdryer. Rooms cleaned daily . Staff really helpful and pleasant . Breakfast and good variety of produce on the breakfast buffet. Hotel ideally situated to be able to walk and visit all the main tourist areas . We felt safe and secure during our stay . Only thing we can think of to improve the service would be better locks on the spa lockers as one key seemed to fit all .
We would most definitely recommend this hotel to people visiting this lovely city and we hope to return in the future.

A very bad experience
The staff are not qualified, they even don't understand other languages else Turkish
And they are not helpful and even not credible
They gave us very bad rooms (not the rooms in pictures when we booked) and obliged us to pay extra money for a third bed which is mentioned paid in the booking.
We spent 3 days waiting to change the rooms to better ones. But no solution in the end.
The rooms were very bad, the furniture as well, with a bed smell, no aeration.
Food was not good

I can’t praise this hotel anymore than I have in the past. They aAlways meet my expectations.

As also booked room 406… Receptionist Erhan, Yusuf are excellent in how they handle issues and resolve them without any hesitation.

The Room was very clean and neat and has tea and coffee in room.

I always book and highly recommend this hotel.

I plan on returning in a couple of months and no doubt will be staying here.

Breakfast was nice and hot too.
Although personal preference having sunnyside eggs would have completed my breakfast 👌

My one-week vacation at The Time Hotel was great, I was very satisfied, I was very well received from start to finish. The staff are very friendly, they are all good people, they are very friendly. Although I stayed for a week, we became like a family, I hope I have the opportunity to go to Istanbul again and stay in such a quality hotel. Thanks again to all staff for their interest.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is located along the main road.

The Hotel is very greatly located, close to public transport, and close to great restaurants, the room service food was average.
The Wifi was okay but would freeze sometimes and always needed to be logging in.
The rooms are quite small and are not as nice as the pictures.
The breakfast was nice, with a good selection.
The staff are very helpful!
Overall a nice small hotel!

Cleaners didn’t change bedsheets or provide shower gel

Dont forget to grab ur swimming hat, because u must wear it before u go to pool

Le personnel était prévenant et tes serviable.chambre désuète sans fenêtre...salle de fitness détériorée donc fermée.wifi catastrophique et petit déjeuner très moyen.la situation de l'hôtel est parfaite

They do not offer wifi, the service isn't that good.

Schade das das fitnessstudio nicht verfügbar wahr. Einrichtung war abgewohnt u schimmel in der dusche.

Det var inte samma bilder som finns i Hotel.com,WIFI funkade inte ,rummet var väldigt smutsigt gammal ,air condition funkade inte , efter många gånger diskutioner fick vi varje dag coffe och te i vårt rum.mitt barn kissade på sin säng och hotelet sa att ni måste betala för byta lakan !!! Diskuterades igen och det blev free , duschkabinen var oerhört smutsigt .toaletpapper fans inte tillräckligt ,vatten kokaren var trasigt .fans inte lampa i rummet och vi bad att hotelet byta den.gardiner var trasig .obekväm hotel .men frukost och personal var värkligen bra .

Locatie is goed, badkamers zijn matig, bedden zijn matig en ontbijt is okay. Absoluut geen 4*

It all started when I wanted to visit Istanbul for a few days. I started looking for a well-located hotel with a good price. Breakfast was all perfect. But when I got everything It was an illusion pool and breakfast rooms did not correspond at all I would not give it a Star I say nothing happens I am here to visit but The last straw does not even have Hot Water imagine everything The day of visit in the city upon arrival there is no Hot water to others when you claim they don't listen they say wait for a breakfast that does not give much to what an unpleasant hotel staff wants and they only speak Turkish at the end I do not advise this hotel is a scam I prefer to pay more and have a relaxing stay to be in hôtel that sells a medium-sized service where you will feel that you have had a bad choice
