Fui retirado do hotel as 8:30h sendo que o check-in pelo booking era as 12h
Caso passasse um minuto, teria que pagar U$15,00 de multa. E fui avisado uma hora antes quando estava no cafe.
Como tomar banho, me trocar e arrumar malas em uma hora, tive que sair sem banho, situação desagradável
Les prestations étaient correctes, la masseuse était super.
Le système de réservation est déplorable: on peut difficilement joindre l’établissement par téléphone, une fois sur place, nous voulions prendre un jour de plus et il a fallu repasser par booking, la personne a l’accueil ne pouvait pas nous donner la chambre un jour de plus. C’était choquant.

Der Pool auf dem Dach ist ok und im Vergleich zu den anderen Pools in der Stadt hoch gelegen. Er ist aber nichts spezielles in Panama City, da viele Hotels einen Dachpool haben.
Für den gleichzeitig gebuchten Aufenthalt von anfangs August konnten sie uns keine Garantie geben, dass er möglich sein wird, da sie ein Problem mit der AC haten und diese zu diesem Zeitpunkt repariert werden musste. Ein alternatives Zimmer konnten/wollten sie uns nicht anbieten. Sie konnten aber auch nicht mit Gewissheit sagen, dass der Aufenthalt definitiv nicht möglich sein könne. Zusammen mit der Diskussion betreffend dem Einstellen unseres Gepäcks (siehe Bewertung von der frühren Uebernachtung) hatten wir das Gefühl sie möchten gar keine Lösung finden. Erst als wir sauer wurden und den Hotelmanager verlangten, kam langsam Bewegung in die Angelegenheit und der Manager bot uns an, dass wir (nicht das Hotel!) in einem benachbarten Hotel ein Zimmer buchen sollen und sie die Mehrkosten übernehmen würden. Wir sollten die Stornierung im Tryp by Windham aber erst vornehmen, wenn wir im August kommen. So fuhren wir mit dem mündlichen Versprechen, dass es mit dem anderen Hotel und der Uebernahme der Mehrkosten klappen wird ab, wobei wir unsicher waren, dass man sich in rund 2 Wochen dann wieder daran erinnern wird...
Sie haben sich an die im Vorfeld vereinbarten Abmachungen gehalten und den Mehrpreis im Ersatzhotel bezahlt.
Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Hotelgrösse sehr klein. Zudem ist das Frühstück nicht inkl. sondern muss dazu gebucht werden.
