Buenas ubicación, a 5 minutos de boca de metro. Silencio dentro de las habitaciones, amplitud, comodidad y confort. Desayuno buffet muy variado. Personal muy amable, destacando a Doris, Melania, Blanca y Augusto.
Horario de la piscina muy amplio
Demasiado amplias las normas de la piscina. Se puede comer y beber en la zona de spa y vaso de piscina. La zona de piscina tenía música y se permitía que cada uno pusiera su bluetooth con música propia. Un poco locura

Location
I paid for a particular room (family room), received another room then when I queried was sent to the room where someone was already in. Had to go back to the initial room and was promised the family roo. The next day only to find out the following day that no report was noted amd the person's were still in the room. That same day the AC stopped working in the room and I had to be relocated to yet another room. It was very inconvenient as we were a family of 4. They were efforts made however to compensate for the inconvenience but it should have never come to that

Las habitaciones y el hotel en general, necesitan una remodelación. Por lo que vimos, el hotel está actualmente de reformas.
Las camas de la habitación familiar no eran demasiado cómodas.
Hemos estado en otros hoteles en Ciudad de Panamá con una relación calidad precio mucho mejores.
Es un hotel que cuida su imagen, calidad y prestigio. Esto se refleja en el servicio al cliente y atención en general...

Location is perfect
Relación precio calidad muy bien. La atención por parte de los empleados excelente, muy rica y económica la cena en el hotel. Llegamos muy cansados y no quisimos salir del hotel.

Quarto bem grande e limpo, camas muito confortáveis. Boa localização, próxima ao metrô. Água disponível na recepção pra encher a garrafinha, achei ótimo pra evitar excesso de garrafas plásticas.
O café da manhã podia ter mais variedade , o hotel estava em obras então não conseguimos acessar as instalações da piscina , mas pra uma estadia curta não fez falta
