Fantastic location and service
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect, giving us amazing views of Capri and write next to the main piazetta. Staff was extremely helpful. They picked the luggage right from where we got our pick up at the port and took straight to the hotel even though we were carrying very heavy luggage they happily carried it on the stairs as well. Breakfast was cute with a very nice view as well.

Pros:

Antes de llegar al hotel nos preguntaron nuestra hora de llegada. Al llegar Orlando una persona maravillosa y amable nos dio un vaso de agua. No obstante nos dio un habitación con vistas al mar , cuando la teníamos sin vistas. Un gran detalle por su parte ya que era la primera vez que visitamos capri. El desayuno estuvo espectacular.

Cons:

No me gustó irme de allí. Estaba todo genial.

Cons:

Fiquei no quarto 112 não gostei e o Box não cabe para tomar banho, tomei no quarto 114 que ficou minha neta , mas o Box quebrado .

Hotel fabuleux, idéalement placé dans Capri, avec vue mer incroyable
Pros:

Petit hotel très charmant, très propre, idéalement situé juste à côté de la Piazetta centrale, avec une vue extraordinaire sur la baie de Capri, des membres du personnel très sympathiques et disponibles, un très bon petit déjeuner pris devant la vue fabuleuse de Capri ou sur la petite terrasse sur le côté. Nous avions une chambre avec un petit balcon avec une vue mer extraordinaire. L'hotel est à la fois très central dans la ville de Capri et en même temps légèrement à l'écart, ce qui le rend très calme.

Meraviglioso Soggiorno vista mare

Abbiamo soggiornato a La Prora per il nostro primo anniversario di matrimonio e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile, accogliente e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti dalla Piazzetta ma in una zona tranquilla. Il vero valore aggiunto è la vista dal balcone: spettacolare, con un panorama mozzafiato su Marina Grande e sul mare. Ci porteremo questo risveglio nel cuore.

Pros:

We were greeted wonderfully by a lovely man Orlando! He was a an amazing help to us and was like our personal guide..........voluntarily! He was fantastic and showed us fab restaurants which all were fabulous and places to go. Elvis made exceptional coffee and breakfast along with great energy and humor and all of the staff were truly lovely. Hotel is amazingly central to everything and great view from our room which was perfect to me as I had a back injury recovering and they accommodated me perfectly. Leaving me enough to navigate the terrain of the Amalfi coast.

Cons:

The room was not the cleanest as we discovered from floor workout routine, we were disappointed with that aspect. The room was simple but adequate with need of an update, but that we had no problem with. The hair on the floor (that was not ours) and the shower clean could and should be improved honestly. But that being said the place is a gem, as are the staff and owner so go visit them it's worth it.
