Avevo chiesto una camera non fumatori: lo era: La camera era davvero piccola, il bagno ricavato in uno spazio strettissimo, la doccia malfunzionate, segni di sporcizia negli angoli, ma soprattutto, la stanza era ricavata da un unico ambiente e risultava estremamente rumorosa. Pareti divisorie di nessun spessore, continui andirivieni, suono continuo della porta di ingresso e relative chiacchiere dell'albergatore. Parcheggio segnalato come incluso, invece in convenzione a 20 euro.

Ottima posizione e staff gentilissimo
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, zona molto carina della città. Lo staff è molto gentile e accogliente, ci ha dato consigli molto utili. La struttura è in una sorta di appartamento, molto semplice e adatto per noi che siamo stati in stanza solo per dormire una notte.

Cons:

Il bagno è non ha la finestra e ha wc sanitrit; l'igiene non è impeccabile, ma comunque non male, per un breve soggiorno va più che bene

Preiswert, sauber, sehr zentral und originell!
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, auch mit dem Auto (dank Tiefgarage gegenüber vom Hotel) gut erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war eher klein, aber sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet (Shampoo, Fön etc.). Der Inhaber war sehr bemüht und sympathisch, er gab mir viele gute neue Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe (ich war bereits mehrfach in Genua, aber nannte mir einige neue Lokale, die ich noch nicht kannte).
Das absolute Highlight (für Liebhaber von Architektur) ist das Gebäude, in dem sich das Hotel befindet und der sehr aufwendig renovierte Fahrstuhl!
