Lo stile di un albergo vecchia maniera

Il malfunzionamento dell'avvolgibile che ne ha impedito la completa apertura, impedendo alla luce di entrare nella stanza come si conviene.

Il personale è stato gentile e cordiale. La colazione soddisfacente.

Cons:

La struttura ha vissuto tempi migliori e di certo sfarzosi. La nostra stanza, la 114, necesiterebbe sicuramente di un ammodernamento oltre che di una profonda pulizia della moquette.

Davvero un bellissimo hotel, anche se un po datato..
Personale molto professionale, educato e gentile.
Sale interne molto eleganti e curate. Camere spaziose e con vista. Piscina sul rooftop dell'hotel.

Cons:

La colazione è accettabile, ma sicuamente non è da hotel Excelsior 4 stelle. Un vero peccato.
I centrini sul tavolinetto in camera con le briciole incastrate in mezzo. Sarebbe meglio una tovaglia che è piu moderna e soprattutto facile da pulire.

Abbiamo richiesto la cene e siamo stati soddisfatti per qualità, prezzo e gentilezza. L'hotel è fantastico e il personale eccezionale. Lo consiglio per tranquillità. posizione, comodità e cortesia.

Cons:

Il mobilio delle camere è molto classico e avrebbe bisogno di restaturo. La holl è fantastica!

Limpeza, banheiro com cheiro insuportavel de urina. Cochao pessimo, e ar condicionado nao funcionou. Cafe da manha horrivel de pessima qualidade.

Camera bella e molto spaziosa. Arredo bello. Pulita. Letto comodo, soprattutto il cuscino. Doppio bagno bello e pulito, un po' stretto lo spazio per i sanitari, visto lo spazio a disposizione. Alt ehrwürdiges Hotel mit schöner Dachterrasse, aber mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Das Hotel hat ein barockes Ambiente, die Zimmer sind groß, Betten gut. Toll ist der Dachbereich, Pool und Liegen mit grandiosem Ausblick.
Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Das schmale Badezimmer mit Dusche in der Wanne ohne Vorhang ist sehr unpraktisch. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Personal ist nur mäßig freundlich. Beim Einchecken hatten wir das Gefühl, wir stören.
Infrastruktur rund um das Hotel war nicht so gut, Restaurants fanden wir nicht in der Nähe. Zur Altstadt braucht man schon ein Auto.
Frühstück war auch nur mäßig.

Pros:

Staff accogliente, parcheggio privato, spazi comuni storici.
Stanza spaziosa con angolo dove sedersi.

Cons:

La stanza era datata e dimostrava poca cura: una tenda presentava uno strappo, l'infisso interno era prossimo alla rottura, uno dei due punti luce del letto era inutilizzabile.
La colazione era varia ma la qualità non da 4 stelle.
