Regarding the hotel staff: All the reception staff - an excellent example of a high level of service, attentive, empathetic, a team of professionals. Spacious and very quiet rooms, the level of cleanliness is excellent. We would be happy to come back again.

سكن في منطقة Gangnam رائع ونظيف وموقعه في منطقه حيه ممتاز جداً، محطة المترو تقريباً دقيقتين مشي والباص نفس الشي، وحوله قهاوي مختصه ومطعم حلال شواء معروف و7/11، الغرفه حجمها مو كبيره لكن ممتازه لشخصين والموظفين جداً لطيفين انصح فيه وبقوه للي ناوي يسكن في Gangnam

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel for work or vacation travel as well as families. Great location in Gangnam, and the rooms are small (I was traveling alone and it would have been tight with 2 people) but very nice. There wasn't a lot of room for my gigantic suitcase and no drawers (but plenty of hanger space). This would be good for a few days work trip but not a longer stay of a week or so. The breakfast and dinner buffet is insane -- lots of food. Extremely nice, attentive staff.
